Massive waste of time. Ordered a iPad. Got no confirmation email. Phoned the guy. He did not know about the order (had my money for a couple of days by now) Then told me they might be out of stock. Said they were in stock on the website. Total joke. Just wasted my time for a week. Told me he would phone me to let me know. Did not even contact me to say they were not sending the iPad. PayPal informed me.

Do not buy from this company. They are falsely advertising Tamron 18-400 lens on Amazon. When you try to get Tamron 5 year warranty, Tamron tell you product is grey/parellel product not genuine. Sent my lens back to them. They switched lens telling me I sent different one that I posted. This company are fraudters do not but from them.

I ordered wrong phone, Ask the company to hold the order they did it straightaway and got refund back in my account in 10 mins. Ordered a new phone from the Tronix Computers. Very happy with the service. 5 StarrrRecommend to everyone..

Don't buy anything from this company. I returned an item purchased on Amazon Marketplace. Tronix disputed receipt even though I had a full tracking receipt from the Royal Mail. Amazon refunded me in the end. These people are crooks.

I have bought twice now from Tronix Ltd, both an Apple laptop two years ago and yesterday an Imac. Each time I have phoned up and confirmed the cost of what I wish to buy and the delivery address prior to placing an order. The order has then been delivered the following day or within two days. I will also be buying further products from them in the New Year. Each sale has gone through without any hassle and the products I have bought have been new factory sealed.

Tronix limited or tronix computers, uk based (same company with two different addresses) their stock are non EU models/devices, so if you live in the EU and you have any problems with anything you buy from tronix, nothing can be done. Be careful before you buy from these people

I don't understand the bad reviews here. I have bought two computers from Tronix and have to say that they are responsive and polite. I had to return a faulty laptop which was replaced with no fuss within a week.My purchase was via Amazon, which may have helped but I dealt with Tronix over the phone directly with regard to the replacement laptop.Thank you.
