Robin Elt Shoes Hereford

Had a fantastic expirence shopping here. The staff really know their stuff! I left with a beautiful pair of shoes. I wasn't pressured into buying anything at all. They offered to get a variety of shoes in for me to try out before I made a final decision. I 100% will be back.

Popped in today (12/08/23) at around 11:20 am.I was served by a lady who was absolutely lovely. It says Anna S on my receipt; the lady was slim, wearing all black and had dark hair. It seemed like she was new. Anyway 10 stars to that lady, very lovely, friendly and helpful. ⭐However, my low review is for what seemed to be the manager or supervisor. She was so rude to the lady who was serving me. She was talking to her like utter rubbish, doing that in general is horrible I can't stand that kind of behaviour, but doing in front of customer very unprofessional.You might want to treat your staff with some respect in future, I would definitely not want to be working in that shop.As a result I will never be setting foot in there again, the atmosphere was as horrible in there.

Popped in to buy a pair of Chelsea Boots. Pretty good selection at fair prices. Nice shop and friendly staff.

20 min after I placed an order I had a cancellation e mail! seems this is happening to many people. try adding a buffer to to web site if you are selling the stock form the store online! very off putting to customers

Brilliant. Good selection of quality ladies and gentlemen shoes. Purchased shoes online and one shoe did not fit right. Contacted the customer service team who very kindly arranged a replacement with the Hereford store. The Hereford store staff were helpful and did everything to accommodate me. Thank you, very happy with my new beautiful boots.

Wonderful family owned company. Excellent choice, friendly and knowledgeable . People sometimes think they'll pay more at such a shop but the shoes I bought today were £12 more on Amazon!Support local.
