The food was enjoyable, and the portions were good. Waiting for food is a bit longer. Good big space, and we were able to just walk in without booking,which is unusual for a big group. It was 8 of us. Service was pleasant, so it was a good meal. Toilets were clean.

We love Nando’sAlways like the well-marinated chicken !The combo for 2 portion is just right for us.It comes with 4 sides of your choice.The butterfly chicken breast has great grill mark on it, giving it extra flavour!Love the kick from the sauces.

Located in the heart of Chester.In fact in the heart of the town centre of Chester.We struggled with parking but eventually got that sorted.On arriving at Nando's Chester,a bit busy as usual.We waited for few minutes and got attended to.Got directed to a table that was not even cleared.I decided to nip to the toilet but very disappointed with the hygiene standard.A lot of the attendants were loitering around but the rest room was not up to standard, especially for a place dealing with food.I understand some customers are unkempt but nevertheless, the place should be kept clean and hygienic.I hope this will be addressed, and I will definitely be visiting again.

Friendly helpful staff, large menu and free top ups on all soft drinks. Food as expected for a high street food chain. QR code ordering just didn’t work so our party of 5 had to order at the bar. Nice selection of sauces and dips. Salted Nando Fries hit the spot. Chicken breast cooked perfectly

Seated immediately and asked where we’d like to sit. Restaurant is really pretty and quaint. Food came really quick and was hot. Staff 5* especially Sinead who refilled my drink for me! Great service all round.

By far the most quiet nandos I’ve ever been too. Service was quick and as expected. Food portions were a bit on the bare side. For the price of nandos these days I was definitely expecting larger chicken and more chips. Was sat down the back out the way, walls were grubby unfortunately (sauce marks)

Visited during a trip away with my family. Staff friendly. Digital order system at table. Our food took way too long to arrive considering there was only 3 of us dining. Food quality was okay, good portions, flavours a bit bland for me but maybe that's how the locals like it.

No problems walking in and getting a table. Service good but to be honest you order on the app so there isn't much interaction apart from a table checkback. Food ok, nothing startling but then it is what it is for the price. Good to have the refillable drinks though.

Their service is amazing. The staff are super professional and friendly.The place has a nice atmosphere. It feels cozy and warm.Their chicken can be a bit dry, but it's full of flavor. The collection of sauce is amazing. Overall, it's a good place to eat.
