The Moo man and Van

AVOID AVOID AVOID,go with someone decent,1 star is far too much for this horrible man to be given, it’s a shame I cant give a zero star rating. Very unprofessional did not reply to our calls never came around to our house to see what furniture needed moving so could not work out correctly how many vans would be required and then decided to turn up to our house on the day of our move at 8 am with 2 vans saying that we had booked him (which of course we never had due to the fact no price had been discussed so no contract agreed), he starts to get arsey with my wife and he now claims we owe him money and is threatening us with legal action, do not book this nasty person, avoid avoid avoid you will be glad that you had, avoid. So you respond in your usual aggressive manner saying that we had booked you because you knew the date which we were moving but that is the first piece of information you asked us to see if you were available but then YOU didn’t follow this up with a visit to our house to give us a price and we only offered you an alternative driver because YOU very unprofessionally claimed that YOU didn’t have a second driver so that is why you were NOT booked so STOP blaming us for YOUR MISTAKE , WE DID NOT BOOK YOU SO GET OVER YOUR MISTAKE, . SORT OUT YOUR STAFF OF YOUR VERY POORLY MANAGED SMALL COMPANY AND SORT OUT YOUR VERY POOR ATTITUDE

I couldn't rate The Moo man removal company enough, they were amazing!! Nothing was to much trouble, they went above and beyond. Its was an extremely hot day, moving a three bed house to the next town over and they were all friendly, helpful and cheerful throughout. We all had a good laugh while working which made a stressful day alot better. Highly recommend!!

Extremely unprofessional.If I could give a minus star I would.I asked this company for a quote to move a 4 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom house. which I received and accepted. Before they had got half way up the stairs it had been raised by £350. As apparently I had too much stuff! No beds to move. No washing machine or dishwasher. They refused to move TVs or wardrobes. What they did move was dented and scratched. They scraped walls and skirting boards.Refused to give me insurance details.Have now blocked me and refusing to sort this out.Dreadful company.

Really helpful. Not a simple move, we needed to empty a flat for decorating. Paul and his team came four times to move one way then the other and some out to storage. Everything went smoothly with good humour and no dramas or slip ups.I would use these guys again for certain

A company that was recommended to me and I cannot fault them in anyway. After a disaster of a day before moving, when everything that could go wrong went wrong, to the day of the move where Paul and his guy’s (sorry I have forgotten your names) went above and beyond to help me move to my new home safely. No messing around with prices, reasonable and insured. And If I ever need Removal’s again I will be calling them again. Absolute pleasure doing business with you.
