Successfully completed SIA 6 day training with Justin and the Pagoda team today. Had a great week, learnt loads and feel really confident about taking the role of Door Supervisor on now. Highly recommend Pagoda Training to anyone considering getting licensed.

I recently completed the CCTV course at Pagoda Security, having taken the SIA Door Supervisor course there a couple of years ago. The training is very well-structured and presented, the instructor (Davey) illustrates the theory with real-life examples, and you understand how important it is to have the correct approach to doing your job. The company provides an excellent environment in which to learn from staff who know what they are talking about.

Well my experience with the training at pagoda security company was good. The training was great. The trainer was very good. He was approachable and also a listener. Lunch was good too. Equipments and environment was very good. However lack of parking spaces made the whole experience little bit difficult. If possible, I mean if possible the company could find parking spaces for the participants that would make huge difference and improvement. Knowledgeable and Friendly Trainers!I completed this course during the October half term with Justin.Justin was helpful throughout the week and had excellent knowledge in answering all our questions and queries. Davey was the trainer with another course of students and he was great also! There was great humour and it was fun throughout.Didn't expect it, but being provided food every day was a great bonus!If I had to do with course again (which i might in 3 years...) I would 100% choose Pagoda, even though it's a bit of a commute for me!

I did the SIA supervisor course and First aid this week. Hats off to the management team. . Great instructors like Mr. Justin’s each and every word he says get riveted into the brain and Mr Davvy, he’s the drama king and he made me visualise the whole syllabus with his stories and experiences. It was like watching a movie the whole time.. In fact I barely missed the points which these guys taught while during the exams. And their experiences are going to help me a lot on the field for sure.. Me being the first time in UK was scared of understanding the language. But these instructors are just the gems.. Thanks very much Pagoda !

Absolutely fantastic course, done both my DS course and First Aid here. Justin as both instructors and can honestly say it was an amazing 6 days, the knowledge, advice and professionalism from all involved. Wouldn’t go anywhere else but Pagoda and will be returning anytime further training needed and passing details onto friends interested in the Security industry. I wasn't expecting much from the 6 day DS course but I was massively surprised. The training centre was fully equipped with the items needed. The training team were engaging and professional. I could easily tell they were passionate about making the security industry more competent and skilled. A massive thank you to Justin (One of the trainers) who supported the class and ensured they all passed. I will be back here again!

I had a brilliant experience the whole week when I did my SIA Door Supervisor and First Aid Training with Pagoda Security. Completed and passed the course. I had a very negative interaction with a Pagoda employee on September 30th. That night, I returned to my flat to find it had been broken into sometime during the summer. I called Pagoda Security as that is the security company my accommodation is affiliated with. Two men came to see my flat, and upon talking with them, one assured me that this was the first time a flat in this building had ever been broken into. He then tried to blame me for it, saying that the only way this could've happened was if I had given someone else my key or if I hadn't closed my door properly. After telling him that that was impossible, he once again pinned it on me saying that because there are no signs of forcing through the door, it had to have been one of those two case scenarios 100%".
