I took my car to Newland Garage based on the ratings that it had received online. Being new to the area it's always a daunting task finding a new garage. My car was squeaking and making the most awful noise so I booked in and was told that I needed my shock absorber changing. The guys at Newland Garage advised me that it wasn't 100% safe to drive any length before it was fixed and bent over backwards to get my car booked in quickly to avoid disruption. Unfortunately (although it needed doing as it had leaked) changing the shock absorber didn't solve the squeak. After a call to the garage again we agreed on a date to take it back in for them to look at it again. This time I was able to get the loan car. The guys worked on my car for 2 days testing and trying everything until eventually finding the source of the squeak and I'm so happy to say it's fixed and running great.I would 100% recommend using this Garage. Being new to hull and having zero clue about cars I felt reassured and satisfied that the garage was doing everything they could to help me and gave me some great advice. I've got their number firmly stored in my phone and will be taking my car there for all future problems and routine checks. Thanks guys!

I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone. The driving car door keeps alarming. I booked the service 10 days in advance. I went on the booked day in the morning and left the car there. The people there were disrespectful to me!!. No one bothered to ask which door had the problem. They didn't show any kean or interest to sort my car out. They didn't bother listening to what I'm telling them.No one called me till 04:10 pm. I went there myself they haven’t started in my car yet. I noticed they started working in other cars, which weren't there when I gave them the keys in the morning. They neglect my turn.I didn't recommend these people to anyone.

This is a brilliant little garage. It's run really professionally and the work carried out has always been spot on. The staff are really helpful and trustworthy. Great value for money too on services, parts and labour. Had a few services, tyre repairs and part changes here and they've always been brilliant. Definitely recommend!

After having a history of problems finding a reliable garage, came across these guys a few years ago. Have never been anywhere since - they are honest, up front, reliable and friendly - massively important when choosing a service provider.All work has been completed to a high standard, in the agreed timescales and at a very reasonable price too. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Popped in today as I Had a problem with my engine mount . I left the car with them hoping to have it back the next day . They repaired it the same day, which when it's a business car is really helpful! Rich was very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend this garage!

Excellent service. Serviced and regassed my aircon the same day with best price I had been quoted. Great set of lads, highly professional and explained every step of the process. Would definitely recomend this garage for any work you require carrying out. Thankyou.

Bad worker. They said the problem is fixed and charged a lot of money for it but the problem was not fixed. I had to go back 3 times. Also they are very expensive. I will never go there.

I was recommended to try this Garageand wasn't disappointed. Richie has been astar. My Porsche boxster had aircon problemsand brake problems too and was quoted a huge amount to fix by a specialist.The main dealer whom I purchased the car from told me it had a full service in October 2020. I complained about the aircon and the brakes which weren't good at all. The service manager said that's the way Porsches are.Turned out that a condenser was leaking and the brakes needed bleeding. There was a number of parts that had supposedly been fitted on that October service(before I bought the car) that on inspection, Richie uncovered that in fact, they hadn't been fitted at all.Incidently that service cost somebody £1000.I won't ever use a main dealer for any service as in my opinion its a complete rip off and lies.I would certainly recommend Newland Garagefor an honest, knowledgeable excellent work, also Richie kept me informed on the jobs progress.

Dont often write reviews, but felt we had to, we had overlooked the fact that our MOT had run out and couldn't get booked in anywhere so utter panic because we were off to London Monday morning, we called Newland Friday afternoon, and they were very kind and helpful saying they could do it Monday morning at 8pm, what a relief!An hour later the car was ready, including checking it was ready for our trip.A big thank you for the attention we received and great service!

Brilliant service. Took on a difficult air conditioning job on my campervan's aftermarket system when other garages wouldn't even take a look. Real can do" attitude. Liaised with manufacturer and sourced the parts and did all work to a high standard. Many thanks."
