Avoid if you're looking for comfort or anything to do... We booked a Signature Caravan (highest priced option), but when we turned up and it was a complete wreck of a caravan. All activities were fully booked, therefore nothing for the children to do.We complained about the state of our caravan, they told us that there was nothing they could do about it as they were fully booked. They said our only option was, if we wasn't happy, then go home and email the HQ for a refund. As we had only beed on site for 2 hours, we would get a full return. Anyway, 6 weeks later, we're now being told that we're not getting our money back and that it's our fault!!We were miss sold a top end caravan, told we would get luxury, only to find a caravan that was falling apart (literally), covered in poo, Top end furnishings... seen better crack dens.I will not be going back.

We have stayed at many haven holiday parks. This one was cheap for the time we went. The caravan we stayed in wasn't very clean. Was meant to have been cleaned before arrival, however there were cobwebs everywhere, sticky sides, dirt on walls. We went to the restaurant on site, I would not recommend it at all, it tasted like heated meals, very disappointing. Some staff were exceptional, others for example in the swimming area were more interested in acting like children themselves. Overall we made it a nice experience however I wouldn't rush to book this park again. Not one of heaven's better parks in my opinion.

Lovely clean vans with everything you need for a comfy stay.I wouldn't say there was much to do in the area for kids (had to drive quite far out) which was weird for us as we usually find Haven sites near the hustle and bustle of everything.

Room/caravan (Bronze) the caravan was spacious, the bed was very comfy, cleanliness was good. In our caravan, we had a gas cooker, a dishwasher and also everything we needed to cook our meals.Entertainment was fine too, good nature exploring for kids. The bike hire I found expensive, two bikes for £28 for an hour is too much. The indoor and outdoor pools were fun and amazing. The restaurant Mash and Barrel was OK. They had a selection of vegetarian dishes. It was a good getaway from the loud city.

The best caravan holiday park operators in the country. Modern, spotlessly clean vans which are a good distance from surrounding vans. Very quiet and well maintained grounds with grass cut every day. Good shops and food outlets on-site at the entrance. I can't fault it here in any way. Highly recommended.

Had a nice time here in a very spacious caravan. Clubhouse was great for the little person. Arcade was lots of fun and well maintained. Restaurant was very nice with helpful staff. Didn't get to try the pool but it looked nice from the outside. Location is great, just a stone's throw from the beach. Will come again.

You get what you pay for, and in the main, this was a good four days of rest.On the plus side, the caravan was adequate for two adults, clean and tidy when we arrived. The dawn chorus and skittering squirrels on the roof were delightful and an unwelcome disturbance to our sleep. The pool was excellent, and we enjoyed three sessions in it. It is very safe and reassuring lifeguards always around. The less positive aspects relate to the restaurant and the number of families who were there with school-age children. As two grandparents, we assumed that there would only be under school-age children and their older siblings should have been at school. At no time was there an issue with their behaviour... it's perhaps our expectations we're misguided. In respect of the restaurant, there are two issues... one, a limited menu that was fully explored in our four evenings there and a confusing 'last sitting' in the evening. First evening, we walked in at 20.00, and we're seated and served. However, the next evening we're told last orders were at 19.30 and we we're too late for a meal. We turned to Burger King instead, where an explicit order for a burger with no cheese was served with cheese... allergic or intolerant... Beware!Would we return, yes, but with a better understanding the workings of the site.

Always book a saver caravan This time we were upgraded to a Bronze. Not impressed. Only two windows you could open in the lounge/kitchen so had to have the door open all the time before going to bed. Only good thing was that the bedrooms were bigger than the Saver caravans. The site was clean and tidy. Plenty of room between other caravans. Never had any problems with any Saver caravan we have had on any of Haven sites.

Caravan/mobile home unit was lovely and clean inside and very comfortable. Many of the blinds were not working as broken and rubbish under Caravan on arrival .. not nice to see. Shop well stocked. Outside Pool was very murky so didn't swim in it. The site is looking very run down in general.... ony due to so many old dirty Caravans being on site. Also walking around you saw lots of rubbish about.. old mattresses and duvets etc piled up in one area we walked passed and old equipment scattered around. The site could look so much nicer if tidied up and old neglected caravans cleaned or taken away. The old pub building on site is a real eye sore and the round historical tower was surrounded with old rubbish... a real shame. Site is in a Lovely position inside the coastal walls.
