Pitiful customer service - their responses to my complaint about a dangerous faulty Jane pram have been little short of arrogant and evasive.Baby2k were very keen to take my money in the first place, but when the £700+ pram turned out to have a known and widely internet publicised fault they have been very reluctant to put forward an acceptable solution.I was first fobbed off with a claim that it was due to lack of maintenance and to apply Vaseline.Apply Vaseline to the wheels of a 5 month old pram, that has only been in use since the birth of my 4 month old son!!!! - GET REALWhen I emailed to say that solution" didn't work it was suggested that it was perfectly acceptable to expect us to be without a pram for what equated to about 3 weeks

Staff were great especially as we were new to the whole baby thing showed us what we would need and gave us confidence in our shopping decisions.

Always reliable both in regards to prices and service. I have used Baby2k or their sister company Baby 2000 for the last three years helping me through two pregnancies. Very professional and always willing to go the extra mile if a problem crops up.

Avoid at all cost. My boys buggy had faulty brakes and this company refused to give me a refund over 8 months period. Eventually received my money through the courts and even was threatened by director of this company outside of court after my win.

Went in today to look at a specific pushchair. The ladies couldn’t have been more helpful. They let us loose just taking it around the shop. Came & helped us and showed us how it all worked any extra things we needed to know. They kept the shop open longer for us so we could really go through it properly and make sure it was right. They even found us an amazing deal on it with extra bits we wouldn’t have got before. I cannot wait to go and pick it up in a month!

The most helpful, supportive and informed baby shop we visited! The team at baby2k were absolutely fantastic - they gave us honest, practical advice on what we would genuinely need, no sales chat/commission vibes in sight! The team are super professional and made us feel so comfortable! Cannot recommend highly enough!

On initial glance this store is very appealing. If you are lucky enough to purchase an item here and not need their customer service then I've no doubt you will get A* service.I purchased a cot with hanging drapes back in 2004 for my baby. They were initally friendly and helpful. The price was good and I received my items without issue. However, the drapes were unsuitable for use with the cot as advertised, and they kept falling into my cot on top of my baby. This was obviously very dangerous. Surprised that such a hazardous item could be sold I returned to the store to request a refund. I accepted that it may work fine with another model of cot, but I was happy with mine and simply wanted to be rid of the now dreaded drapery.This was when they got nasty. I can honestly say I've never been so insulted in a shop before. A refund, replacement or credit note were all refused. Quite frankly I did not wish to return to the shop with a credit note, and they would not show me drapes that would fit properly. That left a cash refund as the only option. This was when they showed me a small hidden sign stating we give no refunds". A little rusty on trading law but not stupid
