I called into Archbold today with a minor dashboard problem told the chap on reception I did not but the car from them no problem he came out fixed it right away a big thank you Phil I will remember your help.

Great experience at this dealership. 3 year service, mot,and brake fluid change.From booking in my vehicle to the work being completed everyone was helpful and the staff were excellent and all had welcoming friendly smile. Have used them before and the same excellent friendly customer service continues.

The worst experience anyone will ever have with a car. Liars and untrustworthy staff. Claimed to have serviced my car but never did. Lost my 15-plate engine for negligence and wickedness and continue to cover twist people’s word. I will never use FORD again because of this dealership.

Took my car in for a part replacement, a health check was made as part of the appointment. Friendly, professional & speedy work, I also got a pleasant surprise when I drove home that it had had a part internal clean carpet wise. Thank you.

The worst experience everI've lost the car with them, Gave to do the service but finally i had to leave,becuse the bills they gave it's shocking. Event the price to replace the engine the quote was near 10k . It's scheme how to robe the costumers.

I bought my Focus ST Line 2 & half years ago from Archbold's, every one I dealt with was very professional and helpful which made me want to buy my car from them.Every time I have dealt with them since I bought it due to my dog chewing the seat belt and the service of the car they have been exceptional. They pick the car up from my work and re deliver which helps me so much.I'm due a service and MOT at the beginning of January and it's all booked in and a date for them to pick up plus you get AA recovery thrown in for the price.I wouldn't take my car anywhere else TBH very professional and helpful which is hard to find someone you trust in the car business.

Excellent service and a perfect repair to bodywork following a minor accident. Communication throughout was excellent. I would highly recommend this garage.
