Usually not too bad but last with short brown hair , middle aged is quite unhelpful and if she can get out of doing anything to help she will .

If I could award zero stars I would. Absolutely shocking place. Never answer the phone. Tell me to order online for my delivery which I do them they get that wrong. I wouldnt bother wasting your time

*EDIT* spoke to staff who advised they are extremely busy, talked me through the mobile app and how to order repeat prescriptions on there, ordering was easy and we're ready to collect next day. Much easier!They want you to call before going to collect prescriptions. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!

There are some lovely staff here and since moving over to day Lewis from boots they have been 5*. That being said 2 staff members have spoken to me in a very unnecessary way. We moved to delivery due to a family member being clinically vulnerable, put all prescriptions in at the same time but had issues getting hold of all medicines so had no choice but to visit. Its not my fault you didn't have it in stock

Phone never answered and then given the wrong medication without so much as an apology. Worrying considering it is meant to be checked? then when you try and sort the error they made out, the pharmacist gives a stinking attitude and acts like you are bothering them.

Easily the worst pharmacy I've used. I've probably popped in about ten times in 15 years and on not one occasion have they had the product requested - always just normal OTC medicines. And never an alternative either.Always lots of staff chatting in the dispensing area too, but a long wait for anyone to come down to the retail counter.

I don’t think they know what a phone is for because they never answer it, they loose prescriptions and aren’t helpful at all. I’ve even been overdosed with higher a morphine dose than was ordered by my doctor. I wouldn’t use this pharmacy but I have to as I’m disabled and this branch is closest to where I live.

First time I’ve been to this pharmacy, and I must say the customer service was first class. My prescription was sent through from the GP surgery to the pharmacy and it was ready for me to collect. If I could give more stars I would. To the Day Lewis team keep up the good work !

Staff are excellent cannot fault them but I haven't been able to get through on the phone for nearly 2 months now which is inconvenient as I need to order repeat prescriptions and cant always get there before they close because of work, hence the reason I've only given 3 stars
