I have never seen such a poor service. Nearly it took 2 weeks to send an engineer. During that time, they have cancelled twice scheduled engineer visit to my house without a sensible explanation at the same day and without a free of charge but when I tried to cancel at the same day for refrigerator started to operate, they said they will charge cancellation fee 55GBP+VAT :-). By the way, my refrigerator started to operate well by itself 2 weeks later that it has been faulty. But customer satisfaction is a HUGE ZERO.

Sent by Samsung for an out of warranty repair. £132 call out charge and the engineer was here 5 minutes before he found the fault. Another £76 for the replacement part. Part was supposed to be fitted a week later, visit was cancelled because Samsung supposedly failed to deliver. A week later, Samsung failed to deliver again. Phoned Samsung and they said ACL cancelled the order because of a problem with my payment, even though my bank account shows both withdrawals. Now ACL won't give me a full refund because their engineer was here for 15 minutes, so legal action looks like it's going to be the only option for getting my money back. Won't call them cowboys are they're not even that good!!! Avoid at all costs

Was given ACLs details by Samsung and was a bit worried when I saw the other reviews but I couldn't fault them myself. Spoke to Georgina on the phone to arrange a callout for my washer and she was very helpful and booked it in on the next working day. On the day of the repair I had a helpful live tracker on how far the engineer was and how many callouts he had to handle before me. My engineer Tyler managed to find the fault with my Samsung washer without issue. He was done within minutes, tested it before he left and gave me helpful advice. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. A painless experience for me personally and saved me having to fork out for a new washer.

We were assigned ACL through Samsung and I was pretty worried after seeing the previous reviews. My experience however has been fab.I was well communicated with, the booking process was easy and Luke our engineer was lovely, very efficient and clearly knows his stuff. Zero complaints from me, thank you for a speedy repair!

Beko put me on touch with this company as my washing machine was still in guarantee. Had to rearrange the engineer appointment as I had COVID. Call takers all very polite. I was kept updated by text and on the day of the appointment, received an email which helped track the engineer. Engineer knowledgeable, polite and helpful.Good service from start to finish.

I liked your engineer tracking system included with the appointment email which gave a good indication of the visit time. Not very impressed that the engineer tried to pull our range cooker away from the wall by pulling on the towel rail! Naturally it broke but he sneakily rested it back in its place, and left without mentioning it, hoping we wouldn't notice. Now it just falls away if I touch it and is not repairable.

Update. Lowering my 2 stars to 1, I’d give none if it was possible. I replaced my 6 month old machine and got a Bosch and have no problems now. This is an unnecessary £450 loss to myself for complete refusal to repair. This company obviously does not care about its customers because they have a contract for big manufacturer. Original review. The engineer had his mind made up that it was me loading the machine incorrectly with washing from the start, I have owned washing machines for 15 years without any issues before. The first diagnostic told him that the drum was close to tolerance and out of tolerance on previous wash cycles. He then took the lid off made a quick inspection and pushed down on the drum to check movement which resulted in a slight clonk at the end. The next diagnostic showed the drum spinning in tolerance in one cycle. He said there is nothing wrong with the machine (this is according the diagnostic tool/app). The machine is still oscillating excessively and not working as it should be, my previous Samsung worked flawlessly with no issues and I have never experienced problems like I have with this new Samsung. Not sure what I am supposed to do now just put up with a faulty machine or recycle it after only 6 months and buy another machine from another manufacturer.

Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. We just had a visit from Bryan an engineer sent on behalf of ACL. We had a problem before Christmas with our Bloomberg dishwasher that is still in warranty- another guy came out to fix it but took the integrated cabinet door off and didn't put it back on properly. Shortly after he left the whole cabinet door fell off leaving wires exposed and meaning the dishwasher wouldn't close properly. SO we called them out again to fix the door back on - the first time the guy didn't show/cancelled so we had another few weeks before Bryan arrived. He shows up today and accuses us of taking the door of ourselves?!?!? Then is immediately hostile and tells us to fix it ourselves. He then says 'I'm going to phone head office before you do' and storms out. Then sits outside in his van for ten minutes. The whole experience was entirely annoying - having to wait in again yet another whole day for nothing to be achieved - and totally unprofessional and just downright bizarre. It's put us off buying through the same company again if they're sending out people like this with zero customer service skills and who are just horrible and rude. Fair enough if he couldn't do it, just explain that nicely and I'm sure we could have figured it out or got someone in who could, but it was your company's representative that broke it in the first place and definitely don't accuse customers of breaking it themselves! How this guy has a job is beyond me.
