Shades Blinds Glasgow

Received a text from shades confirming my appointment that a was supposed to have made for the 10 th May!, no way a made any appointment with them, then on the 14th of May a representative of shades blinds turns up at ma House demanding money , think they were trying to intimidate me especially when I'd had not received any correspondence about money owed from my purchase of a bedroom blind last year, funny how it's shades policy to fit blinds only when balance has been been paid in full my blind has been fitted for a year, will be taking this further and its going to be splashed all over social media so avoid going any where never them

Where do I start. Arrange fitter for today however they turned up last week despite me calling texting and emailing telling them they had the wrong Monday after receiving confirmation on the Friday prior.Gary Blind fitter comes without correct brackets for the rollers. Fits 3 out of 4 and then requests payment, Would anyone else pay for half a job??. I said I wasn't paying until the job was finished, he proceeded to take the fitted 1s down. Any other trade or company would go get the right part and come back.Allan Customer service is just off the phone offering 2-7 slot as I cannot take time off for work I explained I have already taking the day off and would need an appointment towards the end time and couldn't do that.My wife is unavailable to due to her mother being in hospital for an emergency situation, as explained to both the Gary and Alan.Come on shades sort this out. 1 very unhappy and disgruntled returning customer with a sour taste for unexpected poor Customer Service
