Meadow's Court Care Home
My Nan goes bi-monthly for a weeks respite care. The staff always welcome her with smiles and greetings, effort is made to try and always provide the same room, and nothing ever seems to much trouble. There's a happy and positive vibe to the place, and as a family we actually feel comfortable and confident about her staying there. Highly recommended and appreciated.

My partner put some money into his dad's account to get his hair cut and when his dad had to leave there the money was still there and his dad never had his hair cut. When we visited his dad he was very untidy, he still had his lunch all over his mouth and leaving another resident shouting out for about half hour. Not very professional in my opinion

My mother is 96 and she is spending the last part of her life in Meadow Court. Meadow Court is a lovely place, with lovely staff.

My mumwas placed here by social services at Christmas.I thank God that we have now managed to move her somewhere else.£ staff the activities person, one young male care worker, and the laundry staff were lovely. But thats it the meals were grim my mum spent most of her time in other peoples clothing despite having sent loads in and dirty often had to tell staff she smelt.theft is terrible management tell lies and have appalling communication skills something noted by other health care proffessionals visiting the building. I was distressed that my mum was there for as long as she was so grateful to the new home who deocrated her room to her taste and then found curtains from their stock that closely matched the wall paper they immeadiately addressed all my my concerns and issues and the meals a suberb so glad we were brave enough to move her out of Meadow Court wish we had done it sooner

I'm very happy with the experience this home is providing for my father. Going into a care home had always been a big fear of his, however he frequently comments that it's a good place, with friendly staff who keep an eye on him without being too intrusive. My experience has been of helpful, caring, professional and responsive staff. I also like the area: set in the old village centre of Aylestone, it's very picturesque and easy to take Dad on a little walk to Aylestone Hall Gardens, or the pretty churchyard up the road, or (his favourite! ) the Black Horse pub.

My uncle was in meadow court for a month, he lost slippers, dressing gown, watch, PJ's, shirts and trousers. All we were told by the staff is I will ask someone to look for the items but we never got any reply. Even Social Services tried three time and got no where. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you want to keep your possessions, badly run.

Staff here are very friendly and kind. They know everyone by first name and have always responded to any questions/requests. Mum loves the food which is all freshly prepared on site. The location is perfect - quiet setting in easy reach of the church, Aylestone Hall Park and Aylestone village amenities etc. Recent refurbishment/internal re-decoration has added to the overall impression and rooms are spotlessly clean. Mum loves being showered and getting her nails done! She also loves the fantastic flower beds/boxes in the garden and around the forecourt.
