Damn Hot | Hot Yoga & Inferno Hot Pilates

New studio in the heart of Westend. Clean and very hot studio. Lovely certified yoga teachers taking classes these are explained step by step before each posture. Very welcoming staff too for beginners and regular yoga students. If you forget your mat , towel or water they have a supply there for you to hire. Also a convenient shower facility too.

I started coming to Damn Hot Yoga and Pilates 2 months ago and I could see the benefits after the first sessions.It sets me up with a positive mindset for the rest of the day, it’s so so good for me!It helped me by improving my lower back pain (close to 0 now), sleep quality, anxiety, my mood swings, and always looking forward for a new class.Yes, the Pilates is still very hard for me as I don’t have any muscle strength what so ever, so I am struggling at the moment but I am building it up class by class.The teachers are so inspiring and funny and friendly, they are really a lovely team.I encourage anybody who thinks about joining to give it a try!Thank you to all the team for all your amazing effort and dedication!

This is one of the best studios in Scotland, the teachers are exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable and the studio is small, friendly, yet professional and welcoming. The heating system is the best I’ve experienced in the city and is consistent, it’s never ever too cold as this is really important to me.Can’t recommend Damn Hot enough, especially for beginners - the teachers here really take special care of the students of all levels and abilities and even more so with anyone new to practicing, or working with injuries. I have practiced in numerous studios over 9 years and would recommend Damn Hot 100%.

During my travels last year I took several classes at Dam Hot. I travel a lot and have been to many studios over the past 18 years. Dam Hot sticks out a lot. I love the care and attention to detail that they have. The quality of teaching and community that they have developed in Glasgow is contagious. I cannot wait to return and see some familiar faces and practice there. As I decrease my travel in the coming years I am selective of the places I want to return to. But I am excited to create more travel and collaboration with Dam Hot. Such a loving environment to grow! Sherand & Harmesh have cultivated a beautiful community.

Damn hot yoga is like no other studio I have attended. Thee best studio in Glasgow by far. It’s not just a place to do some yoga but a proper community where everyone is welcome and the teachers have a genuine care for all yogis and amazing individual abilities. The most competitive for price, in a great location and offers a wide variety of classes for all levels of ability. My own practice has improved greatly by attending classes here and I would (and do) highly recommend it to anyone.

I've dabbled a bit with non-hot yoga, but walking in as a beginner to hot yoga, I was a bit apprehensive, firstly because I was terrified of hot yoga (but convinced by my friend to give it a go) and secondly because there's always the fear of walking into a pretentious yoga studio. Within minutes of getting there, I was made to feel welcome and the class was amazing. I've been to lots of different types of classes at the studio now and I have to say, not only are the teachers amazing, but the people who go are lovely too! In the few months of being there, I've also managed to do the compass pose, which I never thought would happen :)

This is one of the best studios I have ever been to! The teachers here are solid; from their cuing, directions, choice of music, to the space they hold for their students-they know how to make you feel welcomed and supported. One of my favorite things about this studio is the instant community you feel. I leave every class (hot yoga, deep core, pilates) with a huge smile plastered on my face. I am not from Glasgow (American lady over here) and I felt so accepted from the endless hospitality at Damn Hot. If you are looking for a studio to join or a class to pop into, especially if you're traveling through Glasgow, check this place out!! You won't be sorry you did. :)
