Ordered a 6 seater taxi for the children and I and when it arrived there was vomit on the outside and inside of the taxi which hadn’t been cleaned, the seats folded down at the back for the younger children and were covered. The rest of the taxi was covered in dirt. I’ve never seen a taxi do unclean and the children said it was awful. Called and complained and the girl who answered said she wasn’t on earlier and I had to ask for an apology and the manager did not follow up and call me as she said she would. Would never use again

Driver went to the wrong address twice not sure if it was the controller's fault or my accent but the 2nd time the driver was sitting drive to the wrong street I watched him from my window and walked round to meet him
