The store is confusing for people on the autistic spectrum: items are constantly moved around and it's often noisy and difficult to find things. I eventually found the product that I was looking for, but I'd rather have shopped online.

The lads on customer service got me right out of the sh!t just now, helped me find parts I couldn't find online and got me out the store quicker helping with the self service which, for some reason, was beyond me at my time of need.

A reasonable DIY store with a sizeable space to display plenty of stock. They stock most things that even the most obsessive home improvement expert could want even full kitchen and bathrooms, also has a reasonable garden centre, which is competitive in comparison with other garden stockists. Prices are mainly competitive, staff are pleasant if asked a question.
