26weeks and 5 days it took this company to replace a wheel and two tyres.Contacted arval on 6th January as my new car needed fixed as I had hit a pot hole. Each week my partner and I would contact them for any update, only sometimes getting a reply. The customer service advisors would make up random dates as to when the the car would be fixed. Months, almost 5 months later we found out that no one had given the ok to go ahead with repairs, the car had been sitting in a garage untouched.Truly the worst company customer service and administrative wise I have ever had to deal with. Even the car repair shop they used had terrible reviews. We finally recieved the car back on 12th July, and they were wanting us to travel over 2.5hrs to collect it! We refused however and they did get another company to drop it off at our house.Presently we are still waiting on contact from them regarding promised compensation which I won't hold my breath for.**update** in reference to your reply we have already raised two complaints with you no avail in the past 9 months, if I were to raise another it would be a complete waste of my time. Focus on dealing with the complaints you already have.

Great service end - end. Sales very responsive. Easy delivery. After sales is spot on (I had a few niggles, sorted immediately at their cost). Excellent value and buying from a rock solid supplier. 100% recommend.

100% con artistsThey seem to run a scam going where if you complain to Arval, Arval tell you to complain to Peugeot UK, and Peugeot UK tell you to complain to the dealer, who tells you to complain to Arval. Best to avoid all 3 of them unless you love to throw money down a well and get absolutely nothing in return, in which case definitely get in touch with Arval.My 2 Year Old Leased Peugeot Partner has been in for the same repair 3 times in 3 months and each time.My complaint with Arval submitted several months ago is unanswered.My complaint with Peugeot submitted several months ago is unanswered.Meanwhile I need to rent a vehicle for a week every time the vehicle breaks down. Just broke down for a 4th time in 3 months all with the same fault. Its clearly a production line fault and cant be repaired but they just will not honour their contracts and will not assist with faulty vehicles which are supposed to be protected by a Warranty. Peugeot Warrantys are non-existent. They rely on you the customer going to the Financial Ombudsman or paying to take them to court to actually get a response. They know most people cant afford this so they can keep charging them for the leasing payments while delivering absolutely nothing in return.I have been immersed in their scam for 3 months, it has cost me thousands of pounds in rentals cars, lost clients for my business, untold stress. The exact reason I leased a vehicle was specifically to avoid all of this.Do not lease a vehicle with Arval and do not ever touch a Peugeot. Terrible companies who basically look good on the outside, but are actually horrible people who work extremely hard at stealing peoples money.

I purchased an Audi EV through Arval Vehicle Sales at the beginning of March 2023 having seen and ad in Autotrader. I ad been searching for several months through both Audi and independent dealerships; on every occasion the sales follow up was either poor or the vehicle had been sold. Speaking with Arval was a breath of fresh air - the page on their website for the vehicle I was interested provided me with everything I needed and wanted to know. Customer support I received over the phone was consistently helpful and efficient. Having never driven any EV let alone an Audi EV we took the plunge to fully electric assured in Arval’s no nonsense 14 day cooling off period meaning we could return the car if unhappy with it. The process was straightforward - reservation, contract and payment. The car was delivered to us in less than 10 days by a friendly chap who gave a lift to the station in my new EV.Positive - great service and support, detailed vehicle info, timeline quotes exceeded expectationsNegative - when making the bank transfer to pay for the vehicle both Nat West and Barclays didn’t recognise the Arval bank account despite being owned by French banking giant BNP Paribas. We were quite worried when the cashier at the bank asked “you want to transfer of thousands to an online company to pay for a vehicle you’ve not actually seen (in the metal), to a bank account not recognised in the UK?” After a few phone calls back and forth we were satisfied with the verifications. This is more of a recommendation to Arval than negative - sort this critical part of the process out!Overall - I would absolutely recommend buying through Arval Vehicle Sales. Must mention Josh and Olivia are who were excellent in the whole process and made buying a car online seamless!

Vehicle LO16 FBU was off leased & not used awaiting collection, which took 11 days to which we were charged. Photos taken of the mileage on the day it was cancelled & on the day it was collected to prove the vehicle was not used.Why are we paying over £100 to store your vehicle?Also been waiting 8 days now for a response to my complaint - C/GBR/216583

Beware car lease deals through Arval UK. I have the misfortune to lease a Renault vehicle through this organisation. They hide behind their network dealers mismanagement (see entry under Renault Watford) and abdicate any responsibility for their networks poor customer service.They are aloof and arrogant and display absolutely no empathy for customers.The terms of their leases are also worth close scrutiny particularly in relation to Renault cars who now - without any communication to customers - provide inadequate electric cars as suitable alternative" vehicles.I would urge anyone who is about to lease a car through Arval to check this detail very carefully as well as the general terms around policy cancellations and be sure to get Arval's obligations stipulated.Better still

Never leas car from here they are so rubbish can’t believe they still run business just don’t think it worth it and write all my problem about this places on here would take me about hour and half because they are so shocking I would never normally write review but am so annoyed about hole thing one more thing. I will tell your customers because you lot can’t do that so everyone that got car you want to give it back make sure charge half way because other why’s won’t take. don’t tell you that anywhere so when look can’t find it and they have video that got six way make sure your car good come back DOSE not say anywhere in hand book or on this GREAT video NOT that it should be charge 50% so make sure you do guy other why’s they will not take your care so that it that is one of the 50 problems trust me they is lot more have great day

Very recently leased a car from them - reg AJ72 NXW. I've called several times to ask about replacing the numberplate with my own private one. Every single time I've called I've been kept waiting for ages and eventually given up. I emailed them directly several days ago and I've not had a response.
