Dumplings starter had decent flavour and were steamed well, but the ‘coffee-induced gravy’ was more a pungent chilli sauce drizzle. Lamb dumplings were the best. For the price paid I felt there could’ve been two more Sui Mai. The salad felt like an intruder because it simply doesn’t belong there. Service was attentive and okay.

Been back after a good few years and was not disappointed- absolutely amazing food, full of taste and flavours which weee enhanced by the amazing spices- the place was really lively with a lot of footfall and the service from the staff was amazing. Definitely recommend this place if you are int he Trafford Centre- you won’t be disappointed - will definitely be back.

The food is good but with quite a lot of spice, could tone down the spice a bit because the flavours are definitely there and it looked delicious as you can see I couldn’t wait and forgot to take the photo before starting to dig in. All the staff were polite and the service was quick. It is pretty expensive but what isn’t these days! I would visit here again and would recommend trying it.

Lovely little find. Authentic fresh food packed with flavour! Lots to choose from all varying in spice so something for everyone! Staff were really helpful explaining the menu, heat flavour etc. Definitely worth a visit!!

Food is very tasty, but some dishes too spicy for me, though my partner loved it (loves spicy food). Serving is nice too, it’s just maybe too narrow spaces between tables, and not big enough tables, but we’ve managed.Curly fries with duck were yummy, as well as dim sum - were great! Other dishes with rice, noodles, chicken were delicious though spicy (but that’s depends on your preferences).

While the availability of halal options initially piqued my interest, my dining experience fell flat in almost every other aspect. The food, notably the Jerk Chicken, was disappointingly over-spiced to the point of being nearly inedible. The Bao buns, too, missed the mark, lacking the flair one would expect from such a staple dish. The overall taste profile of the dishes was underwhelming, which could have been somewhat overlooked if not for the steep pricing and substantial service charge that accompanied the meal.In summary, this restaurant seemed more poised to deplete your wallet than to offer a satisfying dining experience. It’s a place where the promise of good halal food unfortunately gets lost in the shuffle of subpar execution and unjustifiable prices.

AVOID! Probably the worst restaurant I have ate at. Me and my partner ordered, the food came out very quickly (around 5 mins) which I found to be unusually quick? We order chicken and prawn bao buns for our starter, the flavour of the chicken wasn’t nice and all we could taste was the green sauce which they covered the buns with however, this wasnt too major as it was our starter. When the food came out my burger did not arrive and I was told by the waitress it wasnt added to the order but it would be out soon. While waiting for my food, my partner started eating her beef burger. After one bite she couldn’t eat anymore because of the beef tasting funny. At this point, I thought she was exaggerating so I tasted some of her burger. I have never in my life tasted a burger so bad, the beef used tasted full of chemicals and with no seasoning at all. The taste from the burger was unexplainably horrible, so bad that I spit the food back out in a tissue. When my chicken burger arrived I tasted it and it was also horrendous. The food looked fine but the taste wasn’t. I reported this to the manager and said I am happy to pay for the items we have ate but not for the burgers. She then proceeded to add 20% NHS discount to the total bill and said this is the best she can do as ‘there’s nothing wrong’ with the food. After going back and forth I was left to pay £44 for some fries, 3 bao buns and halloumi sticks!!I was absolutely disgusted with the service and the food. Can confirm I will never be returning to this restaurant. From reading other reviews, I can see other people have had the same experience.I later found out NHS 20% discounts are offered every Wednesday anyway (me and my partner both work for NHS)In conclusion, please dont waste your time or money going here, you wont be satisfied.
