A1 Cars Worcester

Ordered a black cab to the hospital as I have a pushchair and no car seat. Ordered at 11am told 10 mins it will be there. Taxi turned up and it was a normal car so I couldn’t get in with my baby as id explained I had no car seat. My appointment was at 11.30 I had to miss a very important appointment as they sent wrong taxi. I called was told boss would be there at 12.30 so I could speak to him. Then I called at 12.50 to be told he won’t be in till the evening and he will call me back.

Booked through the app days in advance, called 2 hours before told we would be charged more than double. Left in the awkward position of already having had a glass of wine.

Taxi came on time to take us to Heathrow. Polite n pleasant driver. £175 from Worcester to Heathrow - Good value for money.

This is the first time I have booked with A1 Cars via their booking app. Really impressed with the service and the price. Definitely will use them again.

We ordered a 7 seater and sent us a normal taxi which can only fit in 4 people when we had a party of 5. Called A1 cars and they said that we were in the wrong as we booked the wrong taxi and saying that they do not even have a 7 seater car. Why would you offer a 7 seater car on your apps if you do not even have it? We have the screenshots of the book for 7 seater which we sent. The service was terrible and they try to charge us double the price for 2 trips because of their own mistake. I would not recommend this taxi service at all and will definitely will not be booking with them ever again. Overall terrible service and A1 Cars should fix their apps and should not offer 7 seater if you do not even own a 7 seater car

Got me out of a bind when bus failed to arrive and noother taxi company would come to the village I had been stranded in . Cheerful driver and prompt service

Don't trust these guys.We advance booked a 7 seater and were shocked to see only a regular car show up. We called the company who claimed their system only had 1 person booked & even remarked they didn't have a 7 seater. I'm sorry, but the app let us book at 7 seater and quoted us the price for that vehicle.If you don't have a car that large why allow people to book it, and why lie to us on the phone when the app clearly stated a booking for 7 people.After a lot of back and forth with a very rude dispatcher on the phone, they offered to shuttle the group back and forth in the one smaller car. Thats a reasonable solution I suppose, but you'd expect a discount for the inconvenience right? Well they did very kindly offer us £5 off... but considering the cost of two trips was double the price of the one larger car we'd booked... it doesn't exactly look like the most generous offer.Absolute shambles. I wouldn't recommend unless you want to be left on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere waiting for 30 minutes for a taxi to come back for you - and paying double for the privilege
