the staff are so helpful and lovely, especially the lady, Elena, who not only does her job but cares about each one of us and extremely kind, greeting us every time we walk in/out. The cleaner Yvonne is also incredible and she maintains the place amazingly, and also a lovely person who remembers me and greets me every time I say hi.The manager Martin and Peter are very helpful and friendly too!!

My son loves it here, has been made very welcome by everyone in the accommodation. Staff always helping him when he is locked out. I feel he is in a good place for his first home away from home.

I cannot stress how good the staff are here. So accommodating, even for difficult situations. I asked for permission to use the accommodations facilities for a Uni project and they couldn’t of been more helpful.I would particularly like to shout out Martin, Peter and Alana.

Stayed here for 2 years while studying at Imperial College London. Even though this accommodation is ostensibly for music students (many facilities for practicing music), it was still great for me. A plus was the walls being thicker than in other places I have stayed, as I never had problems with noisy neighbours.I would recommend staying here to any student in London as it is affordable and pleasant compared to other places in London. Staff are very friendly and helpful.The location is also good, with a great selection of restaurants nearby as well as local shops with Hammersmith broadway being a brief 10 minute walk away.

Wonderful accommodation, staff always wish me a good morning with a smile on their face. Has amazing events planned every week and it's great value for money. Not to mention so close to my university and good transport links.

Staying at this accommodation was honestly fantastic, the staff are very friendly and help with any issues you may have even if you are just looking for a conversation. The facilities are always clean and had very few issues regarding my room during my time, overall would recommend to anyone.

Great accommodation for students. The staff are always helpful and nice, quick and informative responses to emails. Overall very well managed. The rooms are nice and big enough for a comfortable living (I have got an en-suite). I once had a problem with a shower, which was solved the same day. I am very pleased with this choice of accommodation!

I highly recommend this place for any students who want to focus on their musical studies and at the same time make some more or less interesting social connections. During my almost 2-years stay here I made nice friends. I would like to particularly point out a couple of considerable advantages that this institution brings to musical students who decide to stay here. 24/7 practice is possible because of the practice rooms located in the basement of the building. The staff is friendly and helpful (specifically Elena!).There are of course things to improve as well. Some rooms get really hot during the summer, but fans are freely provided by the reception team.

For a student accommodation, these halls are really great. There are practice rooms, a study room, a gym and common spaces. Every now and then there's a student event such as a petting zoo and Easter egg hunt.Elena has been great at correspondence.
