Absolutely amazing service, after getting engaged Christmas day, the ring was too small I have rang everywhere trying to get it sorted but it was a month wait, after speaking to the lovely staff I tuck my ring in on the 29th and they called me on the 30th as it was ready to pick up.i apologies I can't remember the lady's same who delt with me but she was fantastic. I can't begin to tell you how thankful I am, the ring looks absolutely perfect the whole service was outstanding, highley recommended. I will definitely be using again.

I needed my engagement ring repairing after I’d had to have it cut off I used another company first who left the ring damaged! Brilliant service with brilliant staff and the cost to fix was very reasonable il definitely be using this company in future!

Took my dad's old watch to here that hadn't worked for many years. I picked it up yesterday and am so happy with the work that's been done. Great service and friendly staff. I'd highly recommend I'Anson's and will use again. Thank you!

Quoted £15 - £20 to replace a clasp on my daughters necklace , 1 week wait time and the only working jeweller in Harrogate....! or£25 est for same day service, Saturday 21/1/23.Popped along to Knaresborough, Nottingham jewellers , £3.50 and a staggering whole 3 minutes wait time.......Point is, it proves to shop around and to get good honest service.

Fitted watch battery swiftly, efficiently and inexpensively. They mend jewellery at a reasonable price. Good selection of up-cycled affordable mantelpiece clocks and there is a marvelous £6000 emerald ring in the window. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended! I only use these guys to get all my jewellery mended or restored. Family members have sent me items from London to have fixed as they will also only use I'Anson. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
