great place and lovely staff. the stylist who cut my hair today, charlotte, was incredible. really easy atmosphere and attention to detail. so happy with my hair, it looks exactly like the reference picture i showed. definitely coming back!!

Such a lovely, helpful and knowledgeable hairdresser! Got a last min invite to ascot and these guys kindly fitted me in before opening with one day notice, despite me not previously having been a client. They did a fantastic job on my hair and hat, despite having no idea what they would be dealing with until I got there. They even went above and beyond, helping to glue on the ribbon of my hat. It stayed in all day and I got lots of compliments. I was all so reasonably priced too. I’m converted and now will be going here all the time.

I've had a fantastic experience here today.I went to get a haircut but wasn't sure about what would suit best, Clare was FANTASTIC, she listened to me and gave me advice.I love what she did to my hair and I will highly recommend it.

A very friendly, welcoming and respectful salon. Excellent staff, great value for money and a city centre location. I would highly recommend Casey, who goes above and beyond for us on every visit. I’m so glad I found the Alleycats team. They also offer sweets to adults which really would be a real breaker for me (more drumsticks please!).

I went for the first time yesterday and had a balayage done by Casey - she was super lovely and did exactly what I wanted to my hair. Was a bit nervous beforehand as I'd been growing out my natural hair for ages and honestly couldn't be more pleased with the result! Thank you!!

Casey did a fabulous job! She asked questions and really listened to what I wanted. I was super happy with the result! I love my haircut and the way she blow dried it! My hair looked amazing the whole day, it looked bouncy and lightweight yet full body. Definitely would come back again. Thanks, Dee
