The council doesn’t have provide any litter bins within one mile on park lane at southall. But they are looking fine. Tried to call and inform, officers are saying different types of things

Bunch of parasites, anything to make a quick pound this stupid council. No wonder they can afford magicians and rubbish for there annual christmas party. Preying on people and charging them for any road offence even if it was a medical emergency, they would rather see my child choke to death with her own vomit in the car back seat than me take an emergency turn. What rubbish and blocking all the roads with road works on top of that. You should be ashamed as a council.

How does anyone get anything resolved when you can't talk to a human being either on the phone or at the office? Absolute joke. Happy to extort money from you but you can't query or get any advice. Disgusting way to treat people.

Sleeping beauties!Council tax is over the moon but no one is taking care of the areas! NORTH ACTON SQUARE. Is getting worse and worse, people drinking alcohol and breaking glass bottles until midnight, music blasting into speakers!Weeds are 2-3m height! Rubbish everywhere!HS2 working 24/7!Useless council! Useless leader! Also, we are paying 200£/month for council tax! It’s a robbery! They can’t be bothered to fix their website to make it work, easy to work with! Or at list to WORK!We are paying for nothing!! FOR NOTHING! We get nothing for 200£/month!

Awful state they leave us in... My family and I have been left for 24+ hours without a working toilet! This has led us to not eating and drinking too much so we do not have to use said toilet. We have been ringing the phone lines every hour, pleading whilst remaining polite in a situation that could even make the most patient person mad. Just goes to show you the state of this reality we live in. Having your hard-earned, working class money taken by companies/organisations and you end up with not even a toilet to piss in. For shame.

Ealing Council does NOT care about its residents, with the exception of the wonderful Jenny and Magda at Hanwell Housing Hub. For over three years now I have been trying to obtain help for my vulnerable brother with his repairs problems but, due to COVID .. haaa!! that perennial excuse, they refused to address the issues. As a consequence, all his property and white goods have been destroyed by ongoing leaks and mould and the system does not allow me to intervene. It's all about box-ticking and providing receipts etc, but there is absolutely no empathetic human interaction ... not every problem can be dealt with online. As far as the repairs service goes, it is worse than dreadful. If you disagree with their analysis" of your problem

The acount for residential permanent is working. If you try say they call you in 3 days back , who is dealing with parking for the next 3 days or who is paying thr penalty ?

Council tax is expensive, yet the refuse collection service is probably the worst in London. If your bin is overflowing because you have more rubbish than usual they will simply ignore and leave it on collection days.

Zero stars! Absolutely the worst place to try and speak to an actual human, doesn't ever happen. You listen to the message when you try to call them and it auto cuts off. Online service that they keep diverting you to is antiquated, not up to date and not fit for purpose in my view. My query didn't have an avenue I could receive help quickly, instead Ealing Council will 'respond to my email within 10 working days'Wish me luck

If you're going to fine people for parking offences, then you can at least make sure your website is capable of receiving a payment. I tried on and off for 4 hours with 2 different bank cards, from 2 different mobile devices, only for the Council's antiquated and barely functioning website to tell me on each occasion that there was a problem with the payment system....perhaps it was out of coal. In the end I called the phone number on the fine to pay via the automated system.Honestly, I wish there was a way I could fine Ealing for wasting my time
