Langford Vets Small Animal Referral Hospital

I cannot find enough positive words to describe this unitI arrived in a state of shock with a dog needing urgent care. Both she a d I were totally looked after. She has had her operation now and I can relax for the first time since Sunday morning .A huge credit to veterinary care .

Can't thank Langford enough for looking after and treating our lovely lab . Their care and attention was amazing and we were kept up to date fully. A massive thank you in particular to Josh and all the wonderful staff . Can't recommend them enough.

We had to leave our precious boy in their care on 2 occasions recently. Once for a bone marrow biopsy, and then for a blood transfusion. Mollie was fantastic and kept us updated as to his progress, ànd made a real fuss of him when he was in her care. He's on the mend thanks to the care and love he received. Thank you all.

I can't thank them enough for the care they gave my dog for the week he was with them. Their communication was excellent with updates every day on how he was getting on. Once home, we are still in contact until he fully heals.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!I cannot rate them more highly, everyone I spoke to was excellent- professional, efficient and compassionate.The treatment my beloved dog received was life changing and they supported me carefully through the decision making and treated my dog as if he was their own.This is not my first experience with them but they never fail to impress me.Comparatively their costs are also quite reasonable.

Faultless and outstanding pet care, client care, including communication. Very rare, in today's busy world, to receive such high levels of service. Particularly when the client, me, is stressed with worry about their pet. All the staff portrayed a confident and professional approach, which in turn put me at ease. Thank you.

Our vet spotted something in one of our dogs and referred him to Langford Vets. If we could give them more than 5 stars, we would. They really looked after him well. He stayed overnight, they allayed our worries about what was going to happen, and he's home recovering well. The welcome pack and instructions were excellent, as were all the staff from arrival to leaving. If we are referred to Langford again in the future, we know what to expect, a fantastic service for both us and our dogs. Definitely recommend them highly.
