We recently used Norfolk drain services to install new drains for our renovation project. Marcus was professional and friendly. He explained everything and was able to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Called this company at short notice to sort out drains at at my very elderly Dad’s property. They responded as quickly as possible, did a fantastic job and were professional, polite and really friendly. Excellent. Couldn’t have hoped for better.

From my phone call to the finish they were friendly, helpful, professional and efficient.They arrived within 2 hours of my calling & dealt with everything in a calm, friendly yet professional manner. Initially this company did a good job and I would have recommended them.I called them when the work they had done failed due to very shoddy work . Rectification work was carried out which failed within 1 hour of leaving. The company has failed to return to rectify and refuse to do so. They claim to give a full guarantee which is false.I strongly recommend that the be avoided.BEWARE

My elderly parent's drains became blocked so phoned the company to explain the situation. Spoke to a friendly lady, who explained pricing and times of arrival. She even phoned later in the day, just to let me know they were then on their way. The engineer came out and sorted the problem quickly. My father said 'he was a very nice man'! Great service and great price! Would definitely recommend.

We had overflowing gutters and water overflow around our property. We guessed it was the downpipes and drainage pipes causing the issue but had no idea how to fix it.We called Norfolk Drain Services after hearing great things from our neighbours & hoped they could sort our problem quickly.They called us as soon as they had a gap in the diary & sent Tom who came and talked us through our issue and pulled out the roots from a plant and showed us where there was a gap in the pipe allowing mud and roots in hence causing blockage.He was a Really friendly and knowledgeable guy who not only did a great job but also told us what we needed to do to avoid issues in the future.I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone...Efficient, Fast, Friendly & honest
