I love this place and I am regular weekly after work. It is one of the last bars in London where everyone is relaxed and men go there for one reason and that's not chatting :D the staff is always amazing even when I see some guests being rude. Specially barmen and Gianluca are fantastic hosts who cheer up grumpy individuals.This will be my all time most favorite bar as a Londoner. XXX

I really like this venue. It's clean, safe and good value for money. All types of men and fun to be had whatever your taste. Staff have been polite and helpful to me. I usually go late afternoon and leave early evening satisfied. I think this is better than a sauna.

First time being here and being in a place like this in general and I definitely didn’t like the experience. A staff member banging on the cubicle door I was in and yelling at me because he thought I was filming which I wasn’t. he told me he needs to go through my phone which is bizarre and once he saw I haven’t filmed anything he didn’t apologise or anything just said right ok and left. Was pretty turned off after that and just sat there for a few minutes before getting my bag back and leaving. He didn’t even go to the other cubicles and question them even when I said I saw flashlight coming from another cubicle, Just seemed targeted based on no evidence

Very disappointed, one of the bartender accused me of making mess without any proof, very rude. I told him tell me when and with who - he was first speechless and then told with another bartender, I did something wrong, I told let's clear with whoever you are referring to. If it was another bartender then why he did not complain, why are you complaining and for what?? . He was not even sure what it was. And with who. Such a disappointment, I used to like this club, they should not keep such staff who create confusion and demean someone with no proof. I never make a mess, I am a very decent person and to hear that without any proof that I did what he said. Such a disappointment.Now I know what all bad staff reviews are about, forget about staff, the so called manager only is a senseless guy!! Don't even have any sense how to talk..

Worth a visit I think. Person taking entry admission not a bit friendly and more interested in chatting with colleagues but bar staff were quite friendly.Venue was busy on a Saturday and with a good mix of people

Read several reviews of this venue. Nothing like my experiences. Been a couple of times while visiting London over 2023. Mixed bag of guys go here, usually old & out of shape. Spacious bar area, with very limited cramped cruising areas. Toilets, sinks, urinal & toilet floors are absolutely disgusting.

I’ve been a regular at the vault for a year. The supervisor Gabi was very disrespectful towards me a few days ago. Gabi should be trained on people skills. I was utterly disappointed to see his approach with people and myself. Please train him on how to speak in a kind manner without being aggressive.It’s a place for fun and no one should feel uncomfortable because of his incompetence.

It’s a great place for action. I went there 3 times during my visit. Atmosphere is welcoming and the men are of all kinds. There’s something for everyone. Price is very reasonable. Will surely go there again on next visit to the city.
