A huge “thank you” to Ollie, Mark, Ben and the whole Mini dealership for this lovely and unexpected surprise wedding anniversary gift. We only came up to collect our new Mini today and this was icing on the cake. The service provided by everyone at Westerly has always been exemplary, nothing has ever been too much trouble. We have just had MOT on our mini, excellent professional staff, it cost £30 a fab price and they also did an extra 5 point check as well as a clean, very satisfied, highly recommend, glad we moved to Devon.

An hour and three quarters waiting for a new tyre, normally very good service but today it was dire, told it would take 30 minutes not kept informed, distinct lack of information, after one and a half hours told it wasn't done on site but was done elsewhere !!!!!! I could have saved time and taken it myself, I missed an appointment because of the delay !!!!!!
