The driver never came. The app and customer service are too complex and the don’t give you information Evri is 100% better

They never pick up the phone, even when DHL customer support try to reach the branch. They'll also mislead customers saying their parcel will be delivered on the day only to cancel it without updating the delivery status on the site. Avoid DHL if you can.

Rubish company who totally agree with the modern slavery in the uk! Peoples are trated like slaves here all the time specially on DHL Bury Point M262WX, another place where modern slavery is on he s home!

Once my parcel was left on the street at the wrong address and to another person, then, with another parcel I kept waiting at home for days but my parcel never arrived because they kept it at the depot for no reason with the risk for the parcel to go back to Germany. I had to go to recover it on the other side of the city because the courier was not able to deliver a parcel. Twice already

This is the first time I’d be using DHL in the UK and my experience was awfulMissed my appointment because i was waiting for my item to be delivered at the time given when i tracked my parcel. Waited outside my house for almost 2hrs just so there is no excuse of not finding anyone to sign for the parcel.Couldn’t reach the customer service, didn’t hear from them as to change in delivery time. Literally wasted my entire day and plan waiting for a parcel i still didn’t get.Only for me to receive a text later saying they got to the address at almost an hour after the agreed time and they didn’t find anybody. They have my number. They didn’t call me.Will never use DHL ever again.

This is a really really intimidating place if you’re going here for the first time to pick up a parcel. I just wanted to write a review for anyone else panicking on where to go because there are literally 0 signs for where you should head if you’re wanting to pick up your parcel. Head straight through the barriers and walk straight and turn left at the end of the lot. There’s a small reception area for you to go pick up your parcel!

I have 3 boxes 51087692835424, 51087692835425, 51087692835423 I need a number to call as soon as possible. The service are very bad. My boxes were fully torn when they brought for delivery. My address has changed from the one to be delivered to. I cannot change my address nor can I arrange a depot collection. I Don't know where my parcel is. I want to collect it from the depot myself. I request refund with full cover for damaged and lost items from the boxes and to be arranged for it to be collected from the nearest collection center or depot.Customer service is non existent. Whom do I contact?

Worst parcel delivery service! It's DHL world's biggest and spend millions on marketing but only if they spend some on their actual service.Parcel sitting in their warehouse for 3 days and still no plan to deliver. Manchester depot don't even bother to pick up their phone.If they don't deliver then you are on your own, good luck

My only reason for visiting was to collect something that DHL had failed to deliver properly. As I was expecting a high value item and knew I was going to be out, I selected a servicepoint as suggested on the DHL app. What the app hadn't told me was that this particular servicepoint was no longer operating, and my parcel had been returned to the depot. 4 days later, the parcel still hadn't been re-delivered and, If I hadn't gone to the depot to collect my item, then it would have been returned to the original sender. I was greeted on arrival by a very helpful member of staff who was extremely apologetic and explained how all of this had happened. This was not the fault of the staff at the depot, but whoever is in charge of the maintenance of the app.

Never delivered on time. I have had 4 recent deliveries scheduled, every single one has been cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled for the next day. I have wasted hours and hours waiting, only to be messed around with no way to contact their customer service. If you’re waiting for a delivery from dhl, don’t expect a call or believe the updates on the tracker. The drivers mark the address as ‘inaccessible’ so they can skip to the next delivery. Avoid - use any other delivery service instead
