Order delivered with a burger missing. Was told by delivery driver he would go down and get it. 20 mins later after no burger arriving, i rang and was told it would be here in 15 mins (poor already) and that i could get a refund on just eat. 30 mins later rang up again as no arrival to Ross - who decided to argue with me saying i had cancelled it (had not) and was ignorant throughout the process. Then when the burger was finally delivered an hour late, Ross decided he wouldn't apologise for the £10 burger that wasnt delivered, he would just hand me it without even looking at me and leave (poor again) .Theyre lucky their food is good as their service is appalling.

Great place. Have sat in and had delivery. Both good and quick. Great burgers and grilled cheese. Worth a visitCater to Gluten Free with their buns. Not all items can be but still a decent selection.

We just sampled a couple of Herd burgers (on delivery).Right on time and well worth the money.Absolutely delicious.Best burgers anywhere. Full stop.

I’ve given them a top score because the food was really beautiful/excellent!!! Chips were great too, which I’d been worried about from previous comments.They did however forget the bacon in the burger, although they sent it separately when I told them fairly quickly. I did look again at my order though and they also missed the diced onions in the burger and the blue cheese sauce from the wings. Plus the cheese in the loaded fries I think was there but not really enough to notice. I hope they resolve these issues, as the quality is definitely there with these guys, just accuracy and consistency I guess needs work.

Absolutely amazing grub, fantastic service. Didn’t catch his name had specs and smelt of burger grease but nonetheless great chat and extremely fast service. The burger melted in your mouth and the house sauce was to die for. This is a must visit if you are in the slums of comber. The second time today ive had happiness between two buns. On a real though watch out for the slippy floors and try out the original burger with house sauce.

I’ll travel anywhere to sample a good burger, and I’ve tried a lot of places.This wee hidden gem was a solid 5 star review. The burger was amazing.If I pay £8 or over for a burger, it better be good, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return and pay for this again!!

First time getting from here! Staff were friendly but weren't very engaging, lucky mine was for take away anyways! The Burger was Amazing in all honesty the only disappointment I had was the Chips/fries....they were solid and inedible, I bought two portions one was for my 2 year old and sadly they couldn't eat them not sure if they where reheated or not but definitely something to look into as I personally couldn't eat them as an adult they where rock solid on the ends!
