Hey, I recently got my phone fixed there for around (30-40) pounds, which came with a free screen protector. when i got the phone back the screen protector was put on sloppily and was making my screen blurry, i didn’t have time to go back and have them put it back on again correctly and just left, i took the screen protector off and put my own one on instead. a couple of months later and i was scrolling on my phone and suddenly green bars started appearing on the phone screen that were almost completely covering the screen, there was also a large mark on the bottom right of the screen (no damage to the outside screen whatsoever) but on the inside there seemed to be an issue. when looking at the screen sideways there was no damage to the outside screen but it looked as if the screen was lifting off. later that day i went into huntingdon to talk to them and they simply stated it wasn’t their fault and the price for fixing my phone would be 55 pounds+. i went into another phone shop and asked them about it, telling them about how poorly the screen protector was put on and how this could be an indication of them possibly rushing my screen instal and therefore making it not work later down in the future. the quote i got from another phone shop is that this was probably the case, as right at the bottom left of the screen for the iPhone i have (11) there is a screw, and if this screw is not put in correctly it will damage the iPhone internally and cause severe damage. and guess what, the mark which is on my phone is exactly where that screw would be, also the fact that the phone screen was coming off indicates a sloppy job. they told me to go back to the workers at mobilic (which i did) and i asked them about this and told them i would be willing to bring in a receipt proving that i bought the screen replacement for them and simply trying to tell him what the other repairers had said as if they had given me a service that clearly was not worth my money i should be entitled to a repair or refund, he was extremely rude and shut me down straight away , trying to tell me i was “seeing things and that the phone screen was not coming off” even though i could literally see this with my own eyes, he also stated “i’ve been in this business for over 9 years i would never mess a phone up”, all of this was done in an unprofessional and very rude tone. overall, i’ve had a very bad experience with them and if i find out that i am entitled by law to a refund / etc then i will be pursuing that. I feel completely scammed out of my money.

Highly recommend Mobilic. I thought my iPad was dead. Went through all the online Apple instructions to try and bring it to life to no avail. Great comms from this business, especially when messaging over the bank holiday weekend. They were pretty responsive to my questions as needed an iPad screen that was cracked fixed. Very affordable pricing and so we took the iPad to them and they explained how long it was going to take to change the screen. They phoned when they said to let us know it was ready and told us to bring it back if any issues. One happy customer! Thank you Mobilic for your help! Will be recommending.
