Called up Sykes because we could hear movement in our roof space - they arrived quickly and identified rats were getting in via a collapsed drain below our garden. Danny & the team were brilliant and calmly explained what we needed to do to get rid of them, answered our questions, and even recommended someone to repair the drain. Would definitely use again!

After I heard strange noises in the eaves of my loft space I left a message on the website. Danny called me back and visited my property.... and confirmed (to my horror!) that a rat had taken up residence. He inspected my property and quickly identified the entry point (broken brick vent around the back of the house). After putting the necessary products in the loft Danny explained how things were likely to play out. Despite that, my wife and I were horribly spooked by the thought of a rat living above us and, after a few days of hearing further noises, I telephoned again. Danny visited us (free of charge) and spent more of his time explaining things (again!). He really knows his stuff and explained all about rat behaviour - including their neophobia (who's ever heard of that???!!) - and the products that were being used. His patience and the reassurance he provided were a massive help and hugely appreciated. My wife and I are so grateful to Danny for the top quality service that he provided. A fantastic five star service! We had a wasps nest which was dealt with promptly and professionally by very friendly people at a very fair price. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and would definitely use this company again for any future problems .

Rang late one day about a wasp nest I'd discovered in the roof of my house. They managed to fit me in the following morning. They took time whist present at my address to survey the house, was very friendly, answered all my questions and also discovered a 2nd wasp nest. Both nests was dealt with and stated they'd return the following day if there was any issues. Fortunately they didn't have to return and both nests was dealt with. A great service.

Very professional service. Had to ring them due to bees in the house even though they could not come out the same day. Asked me to take pictures of them so they could advise me on what kind of bees they were and the action to take. They then came out the next day very quickly after I rang them to take a look at the outside of my house and to re-assure me there was not bees hive in my house. Would highly recommend:)

On behalf of Brearleys Solicitors, I cannot recommend this Company enough. We had a wasps nest outside one of the offices. Another company came out 3x and still didn't sort it - this Company sorted it within 5 minutes. They said they'd be there within an hour, and we're there within 15. Called them up as I thought I had a wasp nest around the back, they came out the next day and it turns out the wasps had come and gone.Everything was explained to me quite nicely and they didn’t charge me for the call-out.Quick swift service and will definitely call them again if I have any other issues.

Thank you Sykes! The team came out to deal with a wasps nest a few weeks back. Although the wasps seemed to disappear immediately, a bad smell soon started to come from the nest. The team came back out and fully removed the nest at no additional cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again in future.

Spoke to Danny on Monday evening he was round the next day. I was hoping he'd be able to remove the bee hive rather than kill it, and he worked tirelessly for hours to ensure that they were removed rather than killed. Danny and his assistant even cleaned up afterwards too which was a really nice touch.Especially pleased that he took photos of the hive so I could see what had been behind by bathroom vent all this time!Friendly, professional, hardworking and very reasonably priced especially given the time it took.I highly recommend Sykes pest control.

Has a swarm of honey bees. Danny came out within an hour and half on a Saturday night and removed them. He explained exactly why they were there and what's going to happen ( remove them and take them and look after them) he is so knowledgeable, clear he knows his stuff but also caring for the animals too. Couldn't recommend enough. Thankyou again
