Came in to get my partner's coat dry cleaned today. Was told 'we don't do dry cleaning'... okay, why is 'dry cleaning' written on the front of your shop then? You need to update your name and website to avoid wasting peoples' time.Staff member was perfectly pleasant and I wish I had something more positive to say about McNicholas but unfortunately not this time.
