Unit seven

The boss , Nigel was really helpful. First he tested my old rollator and pronounced it worn out. I knew it was unreliable. Then he showed me a new swish one. It was a bit high so he got a lower one out of the box for me. I bought this with my husband using his credit card.It was only when I got home that I realised it was a beautiful machine and easy to fold, but my hands are too small for it.I rang a fortnight later on the Friday and he said to bring it in. We did on the Saturday and got a full refund on the credit card. His partner/wife was also very professional and helpful.I would certainly recommend Easy Mobility Ltd and definitely go there again, as I'm sure there will be other things I need and the people are so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Thank you to them both. Stress-free. Surprised more haven't reviewed because I know at least three people who would recommend them. Probably don't realise about review process..

They were great!Great price on an ex-demo model powerchair, they reserved it for me so I could come look at it a few days later and when the chair had a problem a few months after i bought it, (manufacturer error, not easy mobility's fault) they came out, put a temporary fix on so I could still get about, ordered the parts needed for a proper fix and fixed it all with no trying to charge me or anything, just so helpful and friendly!
