TUI Holiday Store

Today we popped into the TUI Teesside Store to book our holiday, not really knowing where we wanted to go other than somewhere warm. We were greeted by Rachel who helped us book last year too, she was so friendly and helpful, she took her time to go through different possible destinations, and in the end we booked a holiday to Greece for July!We are newbies to travelling abroad, this will be only our second time, but Rachel explained everything really clearly and answered every question we had. Nothing was too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend Rachel and the TUI Teesside store enough! :)

I arrived early Saturday morning without an appointment. The staff new I was in a hurry as I need to pick my daughter up from teesside airport. They bent over backwards to help, especially Amanda.

We came to book a christmas holiday and Nicole Rocks was able to go above and beyond in helping us do this.We had several restricting requirements for the holiday, nevertheless, Nicole was able to work around this whilst staying professional, friendly, and helpful, and also whilst still getting us an amazing deal.She also booked us an amazing package of activities.Nicole is also extremely knowledgeable and experienced which helped massively in the choice of our destination.

After having our flight cancelled due to the air traffic control outage we went in store to see what we could get sorted. Ellie helped us find a new holiday and worked tirelessly all day to get this sorted for us. Absolutely 10 out of 10 service and highly recommend

Booked a holiday with Rachel in branch and she was excellent, couldn’t have been more helpful and passed on her experience of the locations we were interested in. Just came back from the holiday and we loved it! Can’t recommend Rachel enough brilliant customer service.

Me and my husband went in to TUI with nothing but knowing we wanted to book our honeymoon. We didn’t know where we wanted to go or how far we were willing to travel. The lady we spoke too was called Angela! Highly recommend seeing Angela if you can as she was absolutely fabulous at her job! Asks a lot of questions to make sure she knows what we want/ looking for on our holiday. Angela showed us all the different places and hotels in our price range and was open and honest with us throughout. She was so easy to talk too and we had an good laugh while booking our holiday as she is very down to earth and can see she loves her job and making people happy! This experience for me was the best I’ve ever had while booking a holiday and she’s found our perfect honeymoon. I will be coming to this store and hopefully seeing Angela for future holidays.Angela if you see this review thank you so much!
