Very small and a bit aged but the staff is very helpful, swimming pool is small but clean

Visited while staying nearby. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great gym and pool. Wish I had this facility near home.

The staff are friendly, the pool and gym nice. Could do with a major refurbishment as very dated and rundown especially in the changing rooms and pool area. Showers are a hit and miss whether they will be freezing cold or hot, so be prepared to shower at home!

Unsafe Place.I have cancelled my membership after noticing unfriendly and threatening behaviour from other member. The complaint to the manager was not helpful, hence the reason why behaviour is encouraged. There are many other better and safe options available in Milton Keynes where decent and professional people go. Stay away from this gym.

The pool here is TINY, it's a very similar size to the one you'd expect to find at a middle school to teach children how to swim. The changing rooms and showers were not very clean and extremely outdated (there was a lot of sitting rust water in the mens showers and the urinals smelled like they may have been backed up). I was not able to visit and investigate the gym as I was only in the area for a single night. I would have rated it one star if I had actually paid my own money to attend.

I'm reviewing as someone who had free access to services as part of my hotel stay at Kents Hill conference centre.I only visited the gym and women's changing rooms. Gym is fair size with plenty of equipment that appears clean, staff sanitise machines every so often. Wipes and tissues are provided to clean used equipment and water stations after use.There is also a squash court here.I visited the gym between 12pm and 2pm and I was pleased as it twas not very busy! I wasn't bothered during my workout or stretch.The changing rooms have showers, hairdryers, and plenty of lockers. I didn't use it apart from to store my items away.

Great facilities and friendly staff team. Modern gym, great classes throughout the week, nice pool with steam and sauna. Plenty of parking, but guests must register their car on arrival at the club.

Great health club, staff are friendly and classes are great. Clientele are lovely as well.
