Excellent service. The 2 guys in reception were polite and helpful. Job was done well and they took the time to fix the tyre rather than just replace it. They also reviewed all tyres and sent report by email. Very impressed

I had my service done at Eden and they couldn’t replace my low tyres. So I booked in online for next apt at 11, but Eden over ran. I called KF and they couldn’t then fit me in until 2:30. I couldn’t do this, but they moved I few things around and fit me in ASAP. Friendly, quick and efficent staff

Were able to fit me in on short notice, both fixed and explained what had happened to my car to help me not worry. They also caught another issue that I hadn't seen and would of caused me problems in the long run. All the staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly and helpful. What was probably going to be a quick one off from my usual garage due to them being busy for several days has made this into the main place I would use for any issues I have in the future.

Very good experience. Lady at the reception was super helpful and polite. I was able to drop my car a day early as I was unavailable during the car drop slot.Everything was very professional, place is clean and had a good vibe.Update 26th June - Post the service, I started getting some noise while driving. Called Kwik Fit and they asked me to drop the vehicle. They fixed the problem and replaced a part as a goodwill gesture that was created the problem.Based on my overall expiration this place is highly recommended.

I took my car in for a service and MOT. The car was driving fine when I took it in. On driving the car back from the garage, it kept stalling and the next day it wouldn't start at all. The garage then had to replace the spark-plugs.I had one tyre changed. The next day the tyre was nearly flat, so I had to take the car back a second time and had to have the valve repaired.I then discovered that my locking wheel nut was missing, so I had to take the car back a third time. The garage couldn't find the locking wheel nut, so they then had to fit new wheel locks.The next time I need some work doing on my car I think I will take it to somewhere more professional, such as The Chuckle Brothers.

There was barely any information provided on what was the outcome of the service for which I paid 500£. Car was not cleaned and it felt like i was picking it up from a cheap garage. Very poor service overall. I would never use Kwikfit again neither recommend them.

Selling my car and I needed an urgent/ last minute MOT and Rose Kiln Lane got me an appointment within 1 day! The inspection was throrough and highlighted 2 major items. I fixed the items and booked a free re-test (within 10 days), again they booked my appointment within 1 day! Staff were effective, efficient, friendly, professional and gave brilliant customer service. Thanks again to the team at Rose Kiln Lane. 10/10!

Updated feedback following a polite call back from Amy. A tyre replacement was booked in, truthfully it took a lot longer than it should have. I now know there were some exceptional circumstances, but time is valuable to me and information to keep me in the loop would have helped greatly. After a pleasant, honest conversation I trust my next visit will be better.

Took my Nissan Leaf for routine service. Better price than Nissan garages which have fixed price including unnecessary extras like roadside service. Warranty remains valid.Great friendly service from Ashley.They also checked and reset sensor on rear tyre for no extra cost.Would definitely recommend.
