Norfolk mower services LTD

Ltd mower services came and collected my lawnmower the next day after calling free of charge which was very good. And the person that collected it was very kind and helpful. My mower wasn’t doing anything on the key and they took it and rewired it and tidied all of the wiring up.my only complaint is that a week before sending my mower off I bought a new battery and it was working when given and at their workshop but when mower was on route back to my house after being repaired the battery stopped working because of mower bouncing around in their trailer so the man jump started for me and said he thought it had just short circuited and drained but the battery is now completely dead and the warranty does not cover something like that so I still don’t have a working mower and I’m down 40 quid.

I had my mower serviced by him and had an issue, which Adam sorted out and delivered my mower back to me. Will most definitely use him again and would recommend Norfolk Mower Services to anyone else

Excellent , Adam was fast in responding to a telephone message, took the lawn mower in and it was done a couple of days later as a part had to be ordered.Excellent value for money, and a nice guy to deal with.

Needed a service and a helping hand to start my ride on. Adam was here within a couple of days, late evening as he’s got plenty on, and hey presto my mower is as good as new. A man you can trust, give him a call you will not be disappointed. He’s not cheap but also not expensive he does a great job for the right money. A very satisfied customer.

I live in King's Lynn and could not find a company offering lawnmower servicing. I contacted Norfolk Mower services as they were the closest to me, and explained that my 10 year old self propelled walk along mower had never been serviced, was hard to start, pull cord not electric starter, and was running roughly. Adam collected my mower the same day on his way home. He gave it a full service, changed all the consumables for new ones, located and fixed the problem with the carburettor, flushed out the petrol tank and inbuilt fuel filter, sharpened the existing blade and gave the mower a thorough clean. He returned it a few days later. I'm absolutely delighted with the service they gave me and would thoroughly recommend them. Money well spent. The mower is as good as new now.

Thanks Adam for an outstanding job. You've fully rejuvenated my Broadmoor Simplicity mower, both inside and out. The engine now purrs. A full servicing, worth every penny. Thoroughly recommended for great work, a timely turn around and sagely advice. A superb quality of service all round.

My ride on managed to throw a belt, typically over the bank holiday weekend. Adam promised to have a look on bank holiday Monday, turned up as promised, took it away and delivered it back fixed that evening. All for a very reasonable price. Can't fault the service and would definitely use again. Shame some other lawn mower dealers in Downham, no names mentioned, don't treat their customers with the same level of service and take a week just to return your call despite having purchased a new machine from them last September.
