Top notch service quality product

Ordered scissors for a birthday present. Got an email confirmation. After a few days of waiting I received an email Which stated your order has been refunded. I asked for an explanation as to why I had been issued a refund on my order but no reply. Not what you'd call a good experience. I won't be shopping there again.
