Really local to us. They stock the salt we want and at a good price. They were kind enough to load the salt into the car boot for me. We will always use them for our salt supplies now we have found them

Generally unsatisfactory service. I was given the hard sell on a new softener, and when I tried to find out more details, which went unread and unanswered. Poor level of customer service over the phone. Local alternatives have since offered a much high quality of service.UPDATE: The response from this company is laughable. When given a poor review, they have the time and resources to look up the customer details and then fabricate a defensive response. If that effort was put into acknowledging their shortcomings and committing to improve there service im sure they would have fewer poor reviews.

I have used Chris for a number of years, he uninstalled my water softner and reinstalled it st my new place hustle free and no issues I always found Chris fair and professional ,I'm suprised by the negative reviews ,I will continue to use his services I think perhaps these people should question their attitude, over 2 years ago, ,there was a shortage of block salt nationally and this lasted approx 12c months and salt was rationed purely because the 2 machines in this country broke down and took a long time torebuild ,this information was in the public domain .so that's the reason why one of your reviews couldn't get the 3 bags of salt . I wish you lot would get a life and stop moaning and let this business get on with things instead of being pathetic

Terrible customer service ! I wanted 3, 25kg bags of tablet salt, there were four bags on the pallet at the rear of property so thought my luck was in, after asking for three bags in the shop I was told I could only have one as they didn’t have many bags left and didn’t want to upset any other customers who may have turned up that day. To my absolute disgust I said that they were upsetting me as I had made a special trip that day and wasn’t easy for me to get back to the shop again to collect the balance due to work commitments. I promptly left the shop and soured cheeped elsewhere. So thanks you have just lost a valuable customer. Absolutely disgusted

I had a water softener and Quettle tap installed last year. I have been delighted with the products, the Customer Service and quality of work carried by this Company. Highly recommend

Where do I start?! When things go okay, they're fine. When problems arise, they lack communication, the right hand doesn't seem to talk to the left hand, you have to chase for responses/ info etc even when they say they'll contact by a certain day. Chris has a huge attitude problem, uses extremely foul language, swore at us, refused to finish a job (left the water softener in the middle of our kitchen floor and refused to fit it) and our unit has flooded multiple times! They originally said they couldn't find a fault but as he didn't reinstall and said he couldn't be bothered" (along with other unacceptable language!) we have gone elsewhere. The new company did exactly what they said they were going to do

I cannot rate Chris highly enough. He went above and beyond to diagnosis a fault (initially thought to be related to the water softener) and support me in establishing who I could use to resolve it. He was professional, understanding and responsive. This is the first experience with this business and it wont be the last as will happily move my normal water softener support needs to them. I have given 1 star as there is no 0 star option.I ordered a 25 kg bag of water softener tablets from this company via Amazon. The product didn’t arrive and the Amazon tracking showed there was a problem and they were working on getting it delivered. My water softener was running out and so after a week l ordered a smaller more expensive bag , which was eligible for Amazon Prime and was delivered the next day. I asked to cancel the original 25kg bag as it hadn’t arrived and was no longer required. I had to deal with this company direct. They insisted that they had proof of delivery, showing delivery on the previous Wednesday to someone called Lucy at my gps location. I was in all that day, l had no delivery, neither did my neighbours, none of whom are called Lucy. The company refused to refund me and in so doing are effectively accusing me of lying in order to benefit to the tune of £12.22! Fortunately under their A-Z guarantee, Amazon refunded me immediately and apologised for my experience.This company are fairly local to us, so it seemed sensible to use them. We won’t be using them in future. The person l dealt with didn’t even sign their name on the email. Very poor customer service. I see l am not the first to make this comment. I can assure you that at no point was l anything other than polite in my dealings with this company.
