The staff at Currys Canary Wharf seemed so uninterested in helping me. I went here to buy a PS5 controller, the gentleman at the counter seemed disinterested and barely answered any questions.P.s. They didn't have stock and had no idea if they would restock.They should teach these guys how to smile maybe . Lol

Terrible customer service. Arrived at shop, two assistants yawning and blatantly ignoring me. I was hoping to buy a high value item for £1000 which is kept behind a locked glass cabinet. There were two in there, I wanted the one at the back as it was less likely to have been handled, but the salesperson refused to sell it to me, for no reason, and even when I asked why, he just locked the cabinet and ignored me, taking the other item to the till to be purchased. The level of rudeness was so off the scale I said I would go elsewhere to make the purchase as it left me so angry. As I was leaving the salesperson was muttering insults. I’ve put a complaint in to Curry’s but I doubt anything will be done. Judging by the amount of complaints online about the staff here, it looks like they could do with some training. I’ve bought the item from their direct competitor. Do yourself a favour and avoid spending your money here.

I needed some help with my laptop and understanding the cloud storage I'd purchased from Currys, and the support I received was excellent. Sham, the team member who supported me, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and provided a great service! Would definitely recommend Currys to friends and family

Ive stopped doing here. The staff are really hit and miss. Feels a bit sharky. I've bought five or six products from here over the years. They sold me a care plan that was useless when I actually needed it after stupidly saying luckily for you you can pick any headphones in the shop"

Went to purchase a laptop. Real shoddy service. I felt as if I'm doing him a favour by buying a laptop. Enquired about the return policy. Dude said its 21 days and the box needs to be unopened". Immediately checked the curry`s website - which clearly said 30 days return even if the packaging was opened to check functionality. Enquired about the discrepancy and dude got frustrated and told us that website (which is globally accessible and updated frequently) is wrong and his majesty (pun intended) is right."

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I was waiting patiently for an adviser to free up right by him and he ignored me and started serving another client. I jumped in and said I was next and he just brushed me off. Terrible service, rude and unprofessional. You’re not seeing me at your store ever again.

Disastrous customer service.Went to collect an order today. I have been asked to provide the last 4 digits of my card. I use a numberless card, so no worries, I will just get them from my app - guess what ... No coverage in the shop. I asked the guy if I can swipe my card so that he can see the numbers - ' we can't do that we are not a technology company ' was his response. Went outside, got the numbers and he told me he actually needs the last four digits of the gift card I used... Same story go out, dig the card number, come back to the shop.I wasted 15 mins of my life to deal with this. The whole point of ordering online is to reduce friction. In fact, you increased friction, well done! Last time I set foot in this shop.

Terrible customer service. Avoid.I needed a faulty product repaired and the staff told me they would send it directly and call to confirm. Instead they kept it in the store for a week with no updates and then when I came into enquire they said they couldn’t send it and had not contacted me because they had been busy.
