What a fantastic service from Pronto. I was locked out and my mother, who has advanced dementia was locked inside. I called Pronto and Ariel arrived within 5 minutes! After explaining the situation, he assessed the situation and recommended gaining entry from the back door. He did this effortlessly and quickly, explaining everything as he was working. He fixed the front lock in no time and now it works perfectly. Price was reasonable too, about what I expected and he was clear about the costing. I would recommend Pronto to anyone and Ariel was professional, skillful and meticulous in his work. Also, he was kind, considerate and calm, communicating kindly with my mother, which can be difficult, so thank you Ariel and Pronto, great work!
