Never the same doc and just a call back takes a week. I recommend go to another place. Worst docs I've ever been too.

Long call waiting, even to talk to GP they ask you to wait atleast a week or two. Doesn't seems to be very helpful GP.

Booked two blood tests, one was booked for 12:40 and the other to 12:50.Got there was 12:20 and checked in, myself and the Mrs. There Were two other patients in the waiting area. After a while I went to the reception because my appointment was running 10 mins late...nothing out of the ordinary but got frustrated when the nurse came outside and saw an acquaintance and starts talking to her and calls her to the office. We got up and left the clinic, I felt myself so disrespected....

Absolutely disgusting service and attitude from a lady named Sue, would not understand that we need to see someone for my 4 1/2 year oldSon who was born premature and suffers from cerebral Palsy and possible had a seizure on holiday but this woman would not let me speak to anyone else. The next appointment I was getting was 2 weeks away.

Poor GP surgery I seem to get a new GP every time I go. If you call them you’ll be on the phone for ever. It’s frustrating being on hold and first in the queue for 10 minutes. They just don’t care at all. I’ve had a ADHD test they didn’t give me all the documentation I needed. Three trips and I’ve finally got them all and one year later still no results. Today I left the surgery as I really can’t do this anymore.

Awhile ago I noticed a concerning spot on my leg, I called the surgery and was seen within days. The GP also looked at the rest of my moles and found one that looked not right and contacted dermatology. Today I had the results from the biopsy that followed and it turns out I had the earliest stage of skin cancer. I am very grateful this was picked up so quickly!

The most useless doctors surgery I’ve ever been to, they apparently never have staff and will cancel your appointment last minute even if your dying!!!, the receptionists are the most slow clueless people on earth. Don’t expect them to be any help. This place deserve 0 stars
