I was there on a Saturday and staff where very helpful in what they had . One of trainers I asked for in size they hadn't got in stock but they helped me find what I needed in similar style which was better actually. All the staff where warm and helpful and more than happy to go there again

This was the first time I'd been to Skechers and the first enjoyable shoe shopping experience I've ever had with my autistic daughter who's nearly 14. We usually go to a big shop with a children's shoe-fitting service, where I book a slot at what I hope is a quiet time but my daughter usually still finds the whole process overwhelming with too much noise and far too much waiting around. She'd been refusing to have her feet measured for over a year but she really wanted a pair of Skechers so we decided to pop in and ask if they could measure her feet. The manager, who greeted us straight away, was very friendly and helpful. He immediately found a fitter to measure my daughter's feet. The fitter, Jessica, was great with my daughter and asked her all the right questions to find out what kind of shoes she might like. Jessica then showed my daughter 3 different options that matched her criteria, my daughter chose the pair she liked, Jessica fitted them and I bought them. Job done! There was no waiting around at any point, no mounting anxiety levels, no settling for any old pair of shoes just to get out of the shop without a massive meltdown. Less than 10 minutes after walking into Skechers, my daughter left with a well-fitting pair of trainers that she loves and a smile on her face. Thank you!

I absolutely love Sketchers shoes. Soooo comfy and a great fit for feet with bunions and bent toes. Shoes range from £45 to £90 pounds but they do regular sales with as much as 50% off.

Well impressed my hub has flat feet and the arch on the insole gives him great comfort when wearing and £39.99 was great price could however do with more staff as only two staff was there extra one more staff as waiting to be served and one staff had to be on shop floor it was a week day so not busy extra staff needed

Very poor service!the bloke serves the last person who comes in instead of the customers who are already on the tills waiting to pay. All your staff need to have proper customer service. They are unorganized and chooses who they want to serve. I will not be surprise if this shop will be closing soon!i will ordering the two pairs of shoes online.

Great shoes, great service, but no stock in my size. I tried this and that. Everything I liked, they didn't have in my size. So instead of a dark colour, I ended up with pake grey. On there own, yuk. But when on they weren't to bad. At least they fit.So instead of buying two pairs of the new slip-ons I only got one pair.At least I now know what size shoe I am. Thought I was a 10, ended up being 11.I'll order online next time.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes for the first time at Skechers MK. The service from Andrea (830002) was exceptional. It took us ages to pick what we wanted and Andrea just kept smiling and encouraging us.

Service was pretty poor tbh. Had to break up 3 lady staff members chatting to get served. One girl then reluctantly got our selection of shoes to try.. .. we could tell She was miffed that the sizing was no good and she had to get smaller sizes. Not very accommodating.. made to feel like we were annoying to deal with even though we were very polite and they were not busy.
