Warrens estate agents were absolutely amazing. As a first time buyer & being new to everything in the house market, I can’t thank them enough. Stuart & Warren were so friendly, responsive & helpful throughout! Pleasure to have liaised with them & will use them for when I come to sell up & move on myself.Thank you!

Throughout the process of buying and selling we dealt with Warrens a lot, almost on a daily basis towards the end of the process and they were without doubt the most helpful people we dealt with along the way. Both Warren and Stuart were always willing to do whatever they could to make sure everything was moving along, always happy to pick up the phone and chase up parties through the chain and were always getting back to us with updates and information. They would often use their wealth of experience to explain to us exactly what was going on and put in to context any complications that had occurred. Warren's estate agents, in Hazel Grove, I want to start by saying a massive thankyou to both Warren and Stu, for their dedication, drive and professionalism when I came to sell my father's house.Warren came to my parents house, gave us an fair valuation, went away while we waited for probate, he didn't mither, he just waited and so because of his patience, 6 months later, we asked him to sell the house. Within no time at all, pictures were taken and the write up was great. Before using Warrens I had assumed that all estate agents were exactly the same, and was dreading the process of selling our house. Having completed on our house I cannot recommend them enough, Warren and Stuart were both a pleasure to deal with through the process, both giving a personal touch that you wouldn't normally expect from an estate agent. They sold our house quickly, for a good price and were available throughout the whole process ensuring that everything was progressing correctly and efficiently.
