My experience with the Director of this company leaves a lot to be desired, he was supposed to be doing work on my concrete drive which was unsuccessful and ended up worse than when he started it. He promised he would correct it, and came back every few weeks just doing the odd patch here and there, which still didn't correct it, he has left my drive in a mess, also the new fencing I had is now covered in the stain from the drive, which he also promised to clean. He also has my garage keys which I have asked him to return, but he hasn't. All in all his workmanship is, to say the least, very shoddy, and his promises mean nothing. I paid him £1350.00 he will not answer my phone calls or texts. I am now left with a bad driveway and out of pocket. I cant comment on the company, only the Director. I originally got a quote from the company, so I assumed they would be doing the work, it wasn't until one week into the work being started that I found out he wasn't doing it through the company but was doing it himself and charging me the same price, I am now left with no choice other than to take further action,

I have never done this before but I laid my imprinted concrete myself . I got all the advise and support I needed right from the very start and all the way through to the finish. the staff and director was very helpful. very competitive prices and even more the product is of superb qualitythankyou

Great day out today at Creative Impressions learning some new Skills (20 years in the decorating industry). The products we used were Micro Cement and Theme-crete... They both were amazing to work with and worked exactly how you would want and imagine the ideal product to.A special thank you to Steve who is an amazing teacher, great listener, very patient and swiftly gets his message across at the right time for it to sink in. I am excited to start imcorperating my knew skils into my business straight away.I have acquired so much Knowledge in just one day I am so pleased I took the corse. After many years of using all their competitors sealers without any long term success, I finally found Creative Impressions, I have been using their sealers for the past ten years, so do all my friends who have patterned concrete driveways and patios. Excellent products at competitive prices backed by top rate technical knowledge.

The work was fantastic using their high quality products very satisfied with the contractor who stated he would only use Creative Impressions products. Had the drive extended 2 years later and was made a perfect match. Just goes to show the quality and consistency of the products.
