Horrible!Arrived in a very dirty flat with a leak in the bathroom.Said leak in the bathroom took months to be fixed, I reported it immediately but all they did was tell me to use the glass screen when I take a shower. Thank you Pat Robson for this precious insight, next time I need someone to explain how showers work I'll ring you. Several months later that leak started going into the neighbour's bedroom and he complained. Then they finally fixed it and of course said I hadn't warned them.Found some of the previous tenant's underwear behind the radiator.Flat door stopped closing after a while, took three days to fix.Building fire alarm started ringing one night, I couldn't turn it off myself as it was on a high ceiling. Pat Robson refused to fix it in the morning and I had to wait for it to run out of battery about 24 hours later.Front door to the building wouldn't close at one point, had to call several times to get anything done about it, apparently it's not their responsibility because it's the building not the flat"

Amber has been such a huge help in us securing our rental property with Pat Robson.We were shown around the property by a lovely woman called Kate and the whole letting process was straightforward and efficient. Whenever we needed a bit of information, their email communication was super quick and put us at ease. Couldn't recommend the lettings process at Pat Robson enough!

I have worked with both Kate and Abbie from Pat Robson and they have both been very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. As a non-British Citizen, Kate answered all of my questions regarding renting a home for the first time and she helped put me at ease. She gave me a tour of the property and was patient and always happy to answer any questions.I worked with Abbie to secure the property with my documents using email communication and she was always quick to update me on the next step. Abbie is wonderful and kind, helpful and eager to answer all questions promptly. Because of Abbie and Kate, my renting process has been so smooth and seamless with Pat Robson and I am so grateful for their kindness and willingness to help! Thank you Abbie and Kate!

Not the best impression left after staying in a property managed by them. Issues regarding maintenance of the property (boiler literally falling apart and it wasn't repaired until our tenancy ended), woodlice across the entire flat, and a failure to literally just pick up a router on my behalf to assist me in returning it to Virgin Media (after previously discussing this arrangement and agreeing upon it). The property manager was kind enough to help with noise complaints however so, hey, there's a plus. Just don't put much trust in these guys, seriously.

Had a less than optimal experience with another estate agent managing our property in Newcastle so decided to move out of our flat this summer. Amber at Pat Robson & Co has restored my faith in good service in estate agents. All emails have been replied to extremely quickly, all questions answered in a very friendly manner and all parts of the process of securing our new tenancy with them were very clear. I hope this level of service continues once we move into our new flat, I can't wait to get our keys :)

I've moved into my new home in late September. I was in a rush to find a house and was outside the UK. Nevertheless, the process was quick and smooth thanks to Abbie Percival who was helpful and quick in giving advice. Thanks again.Also, Pat Robson has a good online system to report any fixes required and they will help to call in the proper contractor. The team were responsive. Very convenient.
