Dropped my iphone, the screen half blacked out with thick lines running through it, couldn't open it, wouldn't ring, thought it was a goner. But they fixed it fast with no fuss. They tested it beforehand to make sure it was repairable. Couple of hours later it was good as new. Thank you!

Call up at 10:40 for laptop screen to be fixed and by 11:15 my laptop was fixed and I was able to work. Excellent service and fair price thank you !

Was helped by Emet, who was very nice. My charger had broken off inside my phone and they were able to get it out. The repair was £29.99 which seems reasonable they were upfront about it and I collected 25 minutes later. So I guess you pay for the convenience! I got food at a local cafe & ended up buying a new screen cover (as mine was broken) while at it, which they installed and is very good quality & unlike when I do it - there’s no bubbles!

Emet has saved me on numerous occasions. I don’t usually leave reviews but i had to for this shop. The pricing is good and Emet really knows his stuff i would highly recommend!!! Im susceptible to getting my apple products wet. Whether that be in the ocean or just spilling a bottle of Evian, Emet just seems to bring the item back to life 10/10.

Incredible service and value! Took my MacBook because it needed a new battery. The Apple shop quoted more than 3 times the amount and said it would take minimum 3 days. Pasha was able to install a brand new battery with a 1 year warranty in half an hour- and its working perfectly! Amazing service, great value, totally trustworthy and I would 100% recommend.

I found this business on Google maps when looking to repair my son's iPhone 11.The service was excellent, very clear about options and prices and super quick. Screen repair also came with a warranty with all paperwork in place.I particularly liked that my dog was allowed in the shop (on the lead and we'll behaved) and the kindness of the proprietor in helping with extra things like sorting the charging port and throwing in a screen protector free of charge.I strongly recommend this local business and will definitely use again when needed.

The guy working at the counter was super rude. I had 2 pages to be printed they charged me 60p per page. For some reason a part of the text on one of the pages was missing. I brought it back to be re-printed, the shop attendant went quite aggressive and would refuse either printing or giving a refund. When I pointed out it was a poor service, he suggested calling the police! Really? Could have been a bad day for him of course. May his soul find peace, haven't seen an anger like this for quite a while! I won't go to that shop again :)Small businesses are going down quicker due to unethical ways of doing business. I was considering giving a benefit of the doubt to this situation (stress, bad day, tooth ache, etc) but after reading the response from the owner I am pretty sure I won't be using their services again. My complaint wasn't about the price of the service but rather the poor quality of it. The shop worker had seen part of the text was missing from the printout and still refused to re-print it. He was rude and aggressive for no reason too. This is THE truth :)

Saved dead phone while we were on vacation.The technician working there is very kind, and highly professional. He diagnosed the possible problem right away (power circuit fail), gave us a very reasonable price estimate, and guaranteed not to charge anything if the fix would not help.The phone was ready in 30 minutes, which we could spend in the nearby Starbucks.
