It was a really fantastic experience. The facilities are so good and the staff are even better. So welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. David Lloyd clubs are still great value for money!

Didn't feel comfortable and felt is was more a selling experience on their behalf instead of them listerning to what I wanted out of the membership.

Went to sign up for membership today and was excited to have a look around. Told there are no sales staff on site and that they would need to call me to sign me up. On duty manager was busy and told me to wait 10 minutes at reception for a tour. Waited a long period of time only to then be told she can’t provide a tour. Really poor first experience as I was looking forward to join up. Very strange sign up structure where sales people have to call you and you can’t just join up when you visit.

Been a member for a few months now and paid upfront for the year, so disappointed, most of the water fountains are broken and the spa is dirty with so much chlorine in the hot tub it makes your eyes sting and makes you feel sick from breathing it in, staff aren’t helpful and can be rude, I’m annoyed I paid upfront for the year as there’s no way I’ll get my money back, definitely not worth the price they charge

Loads of top-notch gym equipment, nice spa and lovely cafe with friendly staff and great food. Best of all are the personal trainers - if you want to be encouraged and pushed to achieve lasting results, this is the place for you.

I found the gym area a bit dark and depressing. The staff were not very welcoming and unhelpful. However the pools, steam room and sauna were great and well maintained.

Imagen paying £100+ a month then having to wait for a water machine to fill up every 30 Minutes. David Lloyd this is not on why all your clubs water machine are bodged together and barely work. Please get a drinking water supplier contact if you can’t manage this yourselves. It’s 2023 after Covid and you think people want to use the fountain in the image below to fill up their bottles?Update: This gym is becoming worse still no resolution on the water fountain in the spa and if you not a platinum member and want a drink while in the pool, sauna and steam room you have to go back into your changing room? Premium gym?More things breaking hence me saying this is becoming worse…Update: Water fountain in the SPA area had a sign on it that it was going to be repaired/replaced all that’s changed is it's cleaner. Still the same old issue waiting for the fountain to fill up. THIS FOUTAIN IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE David Lloyd. How many complaints will this take to get someone to rip this water fountain out and replaced?This is also causing a health and safety risk as members are getting the floor very wet going back and forth out the changing room to fill up their bottles. (Getting the dry area very wet)When is someone going to take serious action!? and stop playing around here, even your lifeguards agree it's ridiculous.

As a member for 24 months it's over priced and peak membership means very little as you have to work around their busy periods. It's more like a creche than a gym with families with younger children overwhelming the member percentage. Be warned most contracts you're on 3 months notice after your initial year, that's more than most people have to give when they quit a job. The equipment is good, modern but lacking in quantity which leaves you standing around doing nothing but moan to the other members how busy it is. Lots of younger members 'romantically misbehaving' on the gym floor which is totally inappropriate. Children as young as 5 being dumped on treadmills while their parents work out next to them and a queue forms for them so you end up doing your session being watched by people and feeling pressured to get off the machine. Regular damage to cars in the car park due to inconsiderate parents and children. Never once got to use the outdoor pool area on a sunny day, once people are out there they stay there all day and many are on guest passes. The facilities are great but the hunger to recruit more members than can be accommodated is plain greedy especially at the prices of membership. Extremely difficult leaving due to friendship's formed but left with no choice due to all the above and despite a meeting with the GM 4 months prior to discuss all of this, I had to finally get out. A great gym strangling themselves by greed instead of adequate happy members.

It's ok. I just cancelled my membership because the spa facilities are out of order far too frequently and far too long for my liking. It's great when it's working.Good equipment on the gym floor, and plenty of it, so generally no wait.Nice changing rooms.

Recently signed up with David Lloyds Worcester. Excellent facilities with superb spa! Great sales information from Dan and excellent advice and first class service from Austin. Highly recommend
