Easy Lets 4 U Ltd

Renting from a private landlord through this company. I have had a few things needing attention and all I can say is every email I send or phone call is answered quickly and dealt with. Absolutely no issues at all with this company. Do not confuse with the Edinburgh company of similar name, lets 4u (not easy).

We recently used Easy Lets 4 U to find tenants for our property. Janice was so helpful right from the beginning. She explained everything they would do and talked us through each part as it happened.She took all the hard work out of it for us and found some lovely prospective tenants for us to chose from. It was great ro have someone experienced to bounce thoughts off. On handover Janice explained the need for good ventilation within a property and even gave the new tenants a leaflet explaining the importance of good ventilation. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Myself and my partner Rory recently signed our tenancy agreement for a rental property with Easy Lets 4 U and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.The whole process was made smooth and easy by Janice and Angela, with a warm welcome from Brian on our key handover day.We are completely new to the rental market and after a bad experience with another letting agency we were worried to start looking again however Easy Lets has blown those agencies out of the water with their quick, consistent communication and excellent customer service.Thank you to Janice, Angela and Brian.

Viewed a property in Kirkintilloch with my GF for our first house.Rent was 400PCM and it was a very good location but the flooring in the whole property was wrecked. Everytime I brought up the flooring to the letting agent she said that it would most likely be changed. I asked what flooring it was getting changed to and she seemed annoyed at me asking the question and snapped at me and asked why. Why.... Because I want to potentially rent the house and I want to know what flooring will be fitted in the property?! We would've probably rented that house if we found out what flooring was getting put in so not good for landlords as they might lose out on potential customers like ourselves. She also made a comment to my girlfriend that she looked too young to work implying that she looked about 14/15. Thought it was a very unprofessional service we received over all from Easy Let staff.... Very Fake Personality from the staff member that viewed the property for us

A really impressive Letting Agent, been with them for 2 years +, refreshingly responsive and always professional - good honest people. 10/10 - would recommend to Landlords & Tenants ( both )

I have a private landlord which I rent through Easylets4u and I can't praise them enough. Brian and Janice are both great, I have never had an issue in the few years I have rented through Easylets4u. Any repairs/jobs that have need done over the years have been seen to really quickly and always by certified professional.I would highly recommend renting or buying through Easylets4u as it is a smooth process, also they look after their tenants and continue to always go that extra mile above and beyond to make sure everything is OK and that everyone is happy with everything.All in all fantastic service delivered by a fantastic team.

I met Brian from EasyLets 4 u just over a year ago when I came to view a property with my family. He was so welcoming and professional. We were successful on our application and are now very happy tenants with a superb Landlord. I would highly recommend. Smooth service form start to finish!
