Given one star because it's impossible in Google reviews to give zero.In my experience and opinion this is a bungling and amateurish ‘company’, which has all the hallmarks of being opportunistically run from a back bedroom. I was genuinely shocked by the proprietor’s lack of competence, which - I went on to conclude - was only surpassed by his arrogance and lack of integrity.His amateurish meddling made an already stressful situation much worse and I am so aggrieved by his bungling and outrageous dishonesty that I have reported his conduct to both the Civil Mediation Council and the Solicitors Regulation Authority.I deeply regret ever having come across this concern and would urge anyone considering using this 'service' to proceed with great caution.
